We worked with Mike (sales) and Gary (F&I) and they were both helpful, personable, respectful. Mike was awesome to work with and Gary was good too. Even during hurricane Sally the dealership was taking cars in. The dealership contacted me when they had to close, and if I wanted to get my car and take it home, or leave it there. Brought vehicle in for service, sat 1st time a week, the 2nd 3 weeks. no calls on updates. When I called I would be told, "let me check with mechanic and I'll call you back today" no call back every time. N 2nd 3 weeks. no calls on updates. When I called I would be told, "let me check with mechanic and I'll call you back today" no call back every time. Nothing was done but still have the problem. I kept getting it could be this or it could be that each time I would be quoted an astronomical amount. I finally just said f-it. Was charged $140 each time. I am now going to try and get rid of vehicle. I was a lifelong Ford enthusiast, but this experience disgusted me so, I will not buy another Ford again. xxxx this was so bad I almost took it to Gary Smith Ford, but decided against it since they are no better. I had a service appointment at 8 am and talked to two people before the appointment yet my car sat from 8 am to 1 pm before the car was even checked in. Frustrated Ford owner again in Crestview. No significant change noticed with the advertised new management. At the end of the appointment I was notified that the prices had increased and never received answers to questions about what was done (there was a recall and the service tech didn’t know if locks were replaced or not)..He promised to call but never did. Not going back to this service location. More
