Which I called the dealership back and was told they had to order one. As of today 11.30.2022 I still don’t have it. Told on back order since Sept 2022. Moral of this story I would have never known they did not put back on my car!! If you go here and I would recommend not, check under the hood of your car!! I also request a supervisor call me back twice and as of today 11.30.2022 no call back! More
The salesman (Wayne) was ok, but the dude Eric was an obnoxious xxx! He had no idea what he was doing, but when he was done, I found out (from the DMV) that I was still being shown as the owner of the ca obnoxious xxx! He had no idea what he was doing, but when he was done, I found out (from the DMV) that I was still being shown as the owner of the car that I traded in with my DV tags, my license was being suspended because I didn't have insurance on the care that I traded in, and the tag that Eric put on the new vehicle didn't match the VIN making it an illegal registration. And to top it all off, Eric charged me $350 to screw me over! Now I've been trying to get hold of someone in the dealership to get my money back, but it seems that nobody can help me. It took me 2 days at the DMV to get everything straight and unsuspend my license, and nobody at the dealership will respond to me. Vehicle was available at price listed on website. Our trade in was fairly valued after negotiation and since we had a preapproved loan through our credit union, financing was easily resolved. Vehicle we purchased is still in factory bumper to bumper warranty for approximately 1 year or 16000 miles and powertrain warranty for approximately 3 years of 40000 miles. Additional surprise items that were added to the bill of sale after an agreed upon price such as Perma Plate and Theft Recovery were removed at our request. Be sure to review completed itemized bill of sale before signing it. Since we did not finance through the dealership, we cannot address this item. More
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE! ! On 18 May 2022 I scheduled a appointment for Wednesday 24 May 2022 for 8am to have a basic Transmission service. I took off work as this is my only vehicle and dropped it off before 8am on Wednesday. I called at 11am to get a update only to find out it hasn’t been looked at but that they will get it in the shop soon. I called back at 6pm for a update only to find out it would be Thursday morning before they could service it. Thursday morning around 9am I called to see what’s going on only to find out they are a little backed up but they would get it in to the shop very soon. By 6pm Thursday evening I called to get a update only to find out that they can’t get to my vehicle until Friday morning. By this point I getting upset as I’m out of work and don’t have a vehicle and nothing is happening. I called Friday 27 May 2022 at 9am and guess what? They still haven’t looked at my vehicle. At this point I’m beyond pissed and told them not to touch my vehicle as I’m taking it to a place that honors a scheduled appointment date and time. I picked up my vehicle today and will NEVER go there again!!! What a bunch of incompetent people. Stay away from this place!!!!!! More
Unfortunately, this organization is highly unethical. I am not usually one to give reviews on anything, but this needs to be addressed. I have purchased multiple vehicles in my lifetime, and most were brand new. I will provide you with some numbers that will help you understand what this dealership is doing and warn you about what to look for before purchasing a vehicle from them. I traded in a 2018 chevy Silverado for a 2022 ram 2500. During negotiations, we agreed upon an out-the-door price of $70,054.00, this was a struggle even from the 73,500 they wanted for the vehicle, but it is what it is. We also agreed upon my trade in the valuation of 30,000, of which I owed 23,000. This should have left me with 7,000 off the purchase price agreed upon. Bringing the total down to 63,054.00. They brought one piece of paper with the payment amount of 1,051.00 a month. I signed, not thinking anything about the payment, considering I was worried more about the vehicle's overall price. They did not give me any paperwork regarding the financing that day and said I would receive it in the mail. They also said they would be paying the tag and tax in Alabama. They did not pay enough tax to Alabama, and I did have to fork out cash to finish paying the taxes. They did pay Florida state tax which I might get compensation for, so I won't harp on that too much. The paperwork I received from the lender did not include much financial information. At this point, I went digging because it did not seem right. Come to find out; I was financed for over 75,000; I was a little bit shocked, to say the least. I dug further to try and find out how this happened. It appears I was lied to, and he lied directly to my face. How do you expect repeat business when you are lying to people. They charged me the full price for the vehicle after the negotiation of 73,500, then added we agreed upon 70,000, and then came the BS charges, which I will list below. Perma Plate – 1,529.00 (this is literally nothing but scotch guard and wax) Electronic registration filing fee – 151.00 Predelivery service charge – 995.00 Sales tax (should have been included in the out-the-door price) – 1,002.35 County tax (Also should have been included in the out-the-door Price) – 895.32 Title registration- 171.25 Service contract (was never even mentioned or agreed upon)- 2,747.00 Tag agency fee – 79.00 Sales tax on Ancillary Products (whatever that is) – 192.29 For a total of ( $7,762.21 ) IN FEES!!! I am still trying to find out where the other 5,000 came from to get the financed price of 75,000 I am absolutely appalled at the ethnicity of this organization. I buy a vehicle every 3 to 4 years because of the mileage I put on them. The only reason I gave these numbers is so people can understand what they need to be looking for at this dealership. I was flat-out lied to, and I can't stand that. The cost is upsetting, but it doesn’t bother me as much as being lied to.
