Throughout this week, I've visited several dealerships and they all focused on meeting their commissions and quotas. The true art of selling is taking care of the customer's needs. For example, Lee Chrysler sold me a 2012 Dodge Durango at my USAA price. Other local dealerships ranging from Ford, Chevy, and Dodge refused to lower the price. In addition, the dealership was willing to install a DVD player at a prorated price. I highly recommend Ms. Cheri Bailey and Mr. Phillip Morton. Both were completely honest with me and knowledgable about the vehicle. Two requirements for selling anything are building a rapport with the customer and having knowledge about the vehicle. I found this dealership to be very personable and low pressure. They allowed me to test drive several jeep models. The trade in value they offered was fair and the MSRP was reduced by almost $2000. The dealership was a pleasure to work with. I found the Jeep Unlimited by searching their inventory online yesterday morning. I made an offer online and Bob Weber emailed me back with a counter offer that Jeep Unlimited by searching their inventory online yesterday morning. I made an offer online and Bob Weber emailed me back with a counter offer that was reasonable to me. I called him and told him I was interested and would like to be pre-approved for financing before I came to the dealership since I live about an hour away. Bob emailed me a link to the online application which I filled out immediately. Within a couple hours, Bob called me back to tell me I was approved for 1.9% with $0 down. I told him I wanted the Jeep and asked when I could come get it. He said anytime and I could even come get it the same day. I left immediately. When I arrived at the dealership, I found Bob and staff to be friendly and professional. Bob already had some of the paperwork completed awaiting my signature, had the financing paperwork in progress and had my Jeep getting detailed and prepped for delivery so it would be ready when I finished my paperwork. The financing paperwork took the longest, but by no means was it a ridiculously long wait. As soon as I finished signing the paperwork, my Jeep was ready and waiting for me. The Jeep was spotless and had a full tank of gas. All in all, I was only at the dealership for a little more than an hour. This is the quickest I've ever gotten in and out of a dealership. My wife and I plan on going back to Lee Chrysler when she is ready to buy her Jeep. More

My wife and I had just purchased a new Chrysler 200 for myself on the 13 June 2011 from the staff on Mary Esther Cutoff. The experience with buying the 200 made our decision to trade in her car on 16 June 2011 for a new vehicle a very easy decision. Once again my wife and I explained to our Sales consultant, Bob Weber what we were looking for and he offered three different vehicles and explained in great detail each one until we decided on the Jeep Compass. The General Sales Manager, Phil Morton once again went above and beyond to put the best possible deal together for us. The Finance Manager, Anthony Thomas once again explained in great detail our financial agreement. As before my wife and I once again want to thank everyone who helped with our recent vehicle purchases. Both vehicles were just what we were looking for. And we must say that from our previous experiences with our past two Dodge vehicles at the service Department that we know we are in good hands for all our vehicle needs.
