Above and beyond service I took my truck in for an oil change and mentioned that the tires might be out of balance or a bad wheel because my armrest shook pretty strong at hig I took my truck in for an oil change and mentioned that the tires might be out of balance or a bad wheel because my armrest shook pretty strong at high speeds. I am a preferred care customer and my service writer JEFF and the service manager really went ALL out to take care of my problem. It still shakes a little but I know now that it is the tires and I hope my next set will take care of the rest. I highly recommend Premier Chevy service dept and JEFF. More
