First Class from the start Carried my car in for routine service and recommended factory work. Horrible Customer Service and Business Deal My salesman “Drath Vadar” was awesome. The experience started out great until it was time to close the deal. The financial advisor Billy was incredibl My salesman “Drath Vadar” was awesome. The experience started out great until it was time to close the deal. The financial advisor Billy was incredibly rude and condescending. He was disrespectful and dismissive when questioned about the loan details. The financial advisers are dishonest and definitely do not have the customers best interest when finalizing the loan agreement. For example my credit score is 722 Chris (another financial advisor) said my best loan offer was a 12% APR and repeatedly insisted that I sign the contract. I felt incredibly uncomfortable with deal and decided to call Navy Federal and they offered me a 4% APR. HUGE difference right...Just BEWARE! And BE KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! More
