I cannot say strongly enough what tremendous experiences we have had with Vince Whibbes in this past year. JJ goes WAY out of his way to ensure that the customer has the best possible buying experience with the minimum amount of hassle or wasted time. It was JJ's attention, not only during the purchasing process, but the follow-on procedures he employs after the sale has been consumated that brought me back to Vince Whibbs when I was looking to replace my SUV. JJ showed me a beautiful Cadillac SRX and he really convinced me that this was the car for me - and he was SO right! When he explained all of the amenities that come with the Cadillac Pre-Owned Certified vehicle, I could not pass it up. In the evening prior to purchasing the car, my old vehicle was run into while parked resulting in some minor damage. JJ helped resolve that trade in issue to my satisfaction so the process could go forward uninterrupted. Again, there are few superlatives which can describe the service I received from Vince Whibbs, especially JJ Hommer. Vince Whibbs is most fortunate to have him as part of the Whibbs family. Mr. JJ Hommer is a real professional salesman. He is very knowledgable concerning the operating systems and different options available on each Cadillac model. In addition, we wanted the windows special tinted. JJ had to search for the specific vehicle that we wanted, JJ had the vehicle delivered, he had the windows tinted, vehicle cleaned, gassed, and ready for delivery before we arrived to close the deal. We test drove the car after checking it out and it didn't take long and I was hooked. But instead of taking advantage of that as some dealership would and I have experienced in the past, I got a great no-pressure service and all my questions answered in a very comfortable atmosphere. Things worked like clockwork and there was no haggling needed as I got a fantastic deal plus good value for my trade-in, fast, friendly service and exactly what I wanted in a reliable late model used car. Their finance manager got me a great rate, over 1.5 percentage points better than I was willing to accept and had all the paperwork done in a timely manner as well as providing great alternatives in additional options and extended warranty coverage. In all my years and vehicles, This was business certainly, but I felt like I was dealing with friends and know that feeling won't change. I have never made a better vehicle decision or selected a better dealership and certainly never a better salesperson.
