Years of being ripped off I purchased a used Volvo ,(not @ Steingold) and brought it to Steingold for service on the recommendation of a friend. I continued to have the car ser I purchased a used Volvo ,(not @ Steingold) and brought it to Steingold for service on the recommendation of a friend. I continued to have the car serviced there for a few years until I decided I had been ripped off enough, and went to another Volvo dealer. This dealership cares nothing about customer loyalty and takes advantage of it's customers at every opportunity. I was always charged list price ,and in some cases over list, for parts and lied to on more than one occasion about what the car needed for repair. Avoid Steingold Volvo..They will rip you off at every turn. More

3 1/2 hours for routine service. I brought my 2013 XC90 in for warranty services on 8/9/16 for a 20,000 mile oil change and tire rotation, and to replace a missing T valve on the righ I brought my 2013 XC90 in for warranty services on 8/9/16 for a 20,000 mile oil change and tire rotation, and to replace a missing T valve on the right side windshield washer. While the vehicle was in, Steingold performed recall service to replace the spare tire winch cable. I arrived on-time for my 9:00 AM appointment. The vehicle didn't go in for service until 9:30 AM - no explanation given. The service took 3 1/2 hours. In my estimation, an oil change should not take longer than 30 minutes, a tire rotation and wheel balance not more than one hour, and 20 minutes to replace the T valve. Allowing for the 30 minute delay in getting my vehicle to service, the total service time, conservatively, should not have been longer than 2 hours - the service receipt did not indicate the "hour"s required for the services. Perhaps the manufacturer's standard service time to repair spare tire cable 1 1/2 hours, Had Steingold advised me that the service would take 3 1/2 hours, I would have made other arrangements. My previous service experiences at Steingold were good. Maybe this latest experience was an abnormality - they seemed to be overwhelmed with phone calls and service arrangements. I would recommend Steingold for warranty service, but I would advise Volvo owners to ask how long the service will take when making an appointment. More

Not only difficult to find, but Mike immediately emailed me back, put it aside, and personally explained & installed the roof rack, and locks in several minutes at no charge, and explained every aspect of the process. No appointment, no hassle. Mike told me to come right in anytime and see him. It is amazing in this day and age to have such satisfied customer service, and not just lip service. Mike was extremely professional, courteous, and sincere in the sales process when I showed up 2 hours later unannounced and he took care of me. You would think I purchased a new Volvo. This is a great dealership, and I would recommend Mike, and his dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo, or any product or service they provide.
