Repeat Customer Mark did everything he could to put me in a different, new to me, car! After explaining my severe upset with their sister company (VW), and the car I had, he was determined to find me a car I could afford and was happy with. I literally picked up my car from the garage at VW (yet again), drove it over to Toyota and traded it in. I didn't really expect to make a deal that day, but I did. I've only had my new car for 4 full days but I'm loving it! It is my 4th car buying experience from Steet Toyota and when it comes time for my 5th, I'll be there ... but that won't be for numerous years! More

Horrible experience I'm not happy with my experience at all with Steet Toyota. I first bought a used Subaru and started having problems with it within the first week. I t I'm not happy with my experience at all with Steet Toyota. I first bought a used Subaru and started having problems with it within the first week. I took it back to the service department to diagnose the problem. They kept it for a week, which I was alright with because they gave me a lender car. After having it for that time period, they declared nothing wrong with the vechile. I believed them because they are educated on how to work on cars and I am not. A couple weeks later, the check engine light in the Subaru started blinking. At first, they offered to fix the car, but I was over the problems at that point. All in all, the sales department and staff tried to make things right and I ended up buying a used Honda. I worked with Jeff and he made me feel uncomfortable by putting his hand on my shoulder along with other actions. He seemed to regard women as less than men as well. Anyways, after I bought the Honda, regardless of the inappropriate salesman, I received a mail notification that my registration was at the dealership. I went to pick up my registration and at first they gave me the wrong one. Then, they gave me my registration that expires this month and failed to notify me what they did on their end of the spectrum as far as registering the vehicle. I was under the assumption that I was paying for my registration, but apparently it was for the title transfer. Steet Toyota needs to educate their employees on how to explain the process of buying a car to their customers. They pushed me into a $15,000 car and did not explain anything. My experience with Steet Toyota was horrible and I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I made mention of that to Steet's customer service representative and was immediately contacted by them with an offer to take care of it. I was very pleased that Steet's commitment to having satisfied customers is diligent and taken very seriously. More

The gentleman at the desk introduced himself and kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle, A nice young man shuttled me back to my house. He drove safely in a clean Toyota van and spoke very nicely about his employers. When my car was ready to be picked up the gentleman at the desk again went over the bill and walked me to the cashier.
