Hi there, we spoke with our Service Manager and we believe we are able to tell which service this was. If you would like to send your full name we can be sure. However, we believe this was for a previously recommended alignment at a prior visit. After coming in again because of tire wear, we recommended and performed an alignment check.

My name is Dominick Bonanza. As we both know an alignment on a truck is for the front tires as there is no adjustment for the rear tires. The truck has been aligned and the problem is still there. Its an obvious problem from factory because its been a issue since day one. I have continued to ask for the issue to be looked into farther especially when there was a warranty but now im offered things like having a tech drive it. For what? Im not complaining of a wobble im stating an issue that can be seen very clearly with the tire.
