Rude to customers, I made an appointment online and they dropped it. Told me it was too late in the day. I drive 30 minutes to get there and was rudely told it was my fault because I should have received a confirmation; xxxxxxxx. Never ever again. More

DO NOT BUY from Rodger Beasley Hyundai in Kyle! Their dealers will sell you cars with issues and have no problem telling you to your face that basically, it sucks for you. Their service department sucks and doesn't listen or basically forgets things they need to look at because of the number of issues wrong with the car. And it leads to months and months of problems. When you've finally accepted the fact the car you bought is in fact a lemon. They won't offer anything but you guessed it MORE expensive service. So instead of the car, I got talked out of because it would have been a $500.00 a month payment and I couldn't qualify for? I got sold a lemon that I have to pay $338.00 a month for and an additional $200.00 a month on constantly fixing in service and paying a grand total of $538.00 a month. At this point, I would pay to buy back my 2006 Honda Odyssey with 200+ thousand miles on it, then deal with this 2010 Hyundai Veracruz with 65 thousand miles on it when I bought it, for five more minutes. After EVERYTHING today the total price they wanted us to pay for the things they finally admitted was wrong was $1,138.49 and the only thing that they fixed was my sunroof! List of things wrong with the vehicle: 1.) Sunroof: Didn't work from the moment we got it and didn't care because I don't use it but, hey at least it's fixed now! Because a fuse was loose! More on that later! 2.) A.C has constant issues staying cold: It blows hot humid air around the car. Doesn't matter how long it been running, it will randomly stop blowing cold air. I mentioned it 5/26/2020 and had it "looked at" it was not acknowledged or fixed I resorted to buying a can of refrigerant which ended up being useless because the cars at it's the max amount. 3.) Tires and balance: The vibration from the tires is so bad that you can't even look in the rearview mirror because it's shaking so hard, Or hear music from the radio over the sound emanating from the undercarriage of the vehicle. I told the dealership last visit that there was a lump in the back passenger tire. They confirmed it and I paid $200 to have it replaced and the others rotated out and balanced. This is the second tire I had to replace. It was not acknowledged by the dealership upon buying that it needed new tires. My fault for not checking personally. After now paying $400.00 already and having the last tire replaced 5/26/20 I was told then by the dealership that the remaining tires had another few thousand miles on them. (I have video proof that the technician sent me. If I can attach it I will) They didn't make it another 200 miles. A week later my car was vibrating again. Today it's worse than ever at both low and high speeds. I'm actually terrified to drive it. And was told they would replace the remaining two bad tires for $509.49 4.) Blown fuses: I can't even charge my phone and we replace them WEEKLY to make anything in the console work. Got told the car is just too old to support the simple charger I'm using. 5.) Whistling in the dash when accelerating: Not acknowledged or looked at. And it's worse after today's experience 7/6/2020 complete with a new constant rattling noise. 6.) Battery dying every month: Today 7/6/2020 They finally admitted after I brought it in explaining the issues going on with it randomly dying 5/26/20 that it was bad! (again video evidence) Cost of a new battery and disposal $122.75 + $3.00 7.) The positive battery plate is corroded: After ALSO being brought up on 5/26/20 date and told like the battery that it was fine, they want $ 501.74 to replace. 8.) And last but not least my favorite... The button to unlock the gas tank door is broken and I have to open my gas tank through a panel in the trunk of the vehicle and pull a string to access it, was told today. "It only works if you have the car on." This was never explained to me for one. It's kinda ridiculous when you've been told to turn off your car your entire life to put gas in it. And it has in fact worked when the car has been off for several months! The only thing that was fixed and acknowledged was my sunroof. The one thing I didn't care about and didn't affect me at all. Everything else I was told was my fault, I was too stupid to know better or "It worked when I did it." And after telling them how much money I already spent and that I didn't want to spend anymore they wanted to charge me an additional $1,138.49 to fix problems I have been asking them to fix from WEEK ONE. Lesson learned don't buy used. A powertrain warranty is basically useless. And lemon laws only protect you if you have a manufacturer's warranty, which you can only get on a brand new car. If your screwed your screwed. They did tell me I could trade up for negative equity for a higher car payment on a cheaper car aka one less than $6k. Or they could get me into a brand new one because "blah blah blah after rebates, blah blah blah" I'm somehow going to have enough money, positive credit, and no negative equity to manage a brand new car payment on a $20,000.00 new vehicle! Note: I have only had this car for 7 months. I also acknowledge normal wear and tear on vehicles. I acknowledge that I am not a saint or a mechanic. But I knew when something went wrong. I have enough BASIC knowledge to know what I described to them from the beginning was wrong and that they didn't fix or acknowledge the things I asked of them. And if you look at the reviews below you will find that the same issues arise over and over and when the dealership responds its the customer's fault because the dealership did everything they could to make the customer "happy." I will never buy another Hyundai again. Stay away from this dealership. More
We first thought we wanted a Telluride and in fact had ordered one from the local dealer with projected arrival time late summer. Unsure of our decision and the fact the other dealer would not let us test ordered one from the local dealer with projected arrival time late summer. Unsure of our decision and the fact the other dealer would not let us test drive the Telluride outside there parking lot we thought we would start looking at others. We arrived at the New Braunfels location one evening in February 2020 just wanting to look at and possibly drive a Palisade. Megan James a salesperson came out to greet us. She was very nice and very informed about the palisade. She showed us the entire car and explained all the features. She then said let's take it for a drive. I took the car down the roughest road I knew (Casteel) and then on the highway, we were sold. Came back to the dealership and spoke to the GM Ricky and he advised they had a palisade in moonlight cloud fully loaded the end of April. Not having that color to look at he said they would hold it for us to look at when it arrived. They were more than fare on our 15 year old trade and we purchased the car once it arrived. Both our salesperson Megan James and the manager Ricky were extremely professional and down to earth. We felt really comfortable with both and you would have thought we knew them forever. Highly recommend Roger Beasley Hyundai and Megan James in New Braunfels. 5 Star salesmanship for sure. More

I would not recommend my soldiers ,friend and family to purchase any cars here based on personal experience at this dealership. I purchased 2018 sonata on 28th FEB. I inspected my new car again after i signed contract. I spotted couple rock chips on rear bumper, left side rear door, and scratch on left rear window, so I spoke to sale manager if any paint shop near killeen. He said “yes I will make sure take care it. I wanna you happy. “ i was happy with that cause he promised. Also I got writing statment from him. After couple days later, I got call from sale manager saying he is going to have someone pick up my car and get paint job done in Kyle. I said that’s fine. No big deal. I Waited for two days. My car was back, but I was very disappointed. Whoever did paint job was bad job. They didnot fix it properly. I called back to sale manager and tried to expained to him.his attitude changed completely. Perry much saying that all he can do. OMG. I wish I could upload the paint job pics. Text him couple pics. He said nothing wrong with it. Even your porter saw the paint job problem when he dropped off my car. The sale manager just doesn’t care that’s what I have experienced. I am still waiting for His call for the window scratch. I have been waiting for a month. Can you believe it. that’s how they treat you. Hopeful someone involve to handle it More
