I’ve used them in the past and have gotten good service. This time the dealership sent the payoff on my trade to the wrong account. The lender reported me late. I had to ask about it 5 times before they ch This time the dealership sent the payoff on my trade to the wrong account. The lender reported me late. I had to ask about it 5 times before they checked the account number. It dropped my credit score over 70 points during the time I was trying to get a mortgage. Then when I brought my new car in for an oil change- all the oil leaked out . Not a very good experience this time around. More
