I have visited this service center many times. Unfortunately this experience was frustrating and lengthy. A large part of my bad experience was due to Victoria; I interacted with her twice while t Unfortunately this experience was frustrating and lengthy. A large part of my bad experience was due to Victoria; I interacted with her twice while trying to resolve my car issue and both times she was just combative, lacked listening skills, and customer service. Victoria needs some retraining on service or should not be interacting with customers. Fernando is pleasant and listens while trying to resolve, I did end up dealing with him on multiple occasions also. Another frustration is that I had visited three times and spoke on the phone at least three or four times, and still don’t have my vehicle fixed because they don’t know what is wrong with it. More
