Victoria in the service dept is amazing! She knows her job and does it VERY WELL! Her customer service is off the charts. I will continue to service my car here as long as she is here. Waited on site for an hour before I was told that the service would take 2 more hours due to sequential software updates. I had to get picked up and return later to pick up the vehicle. I told the service writer not to road test for a noise complaint due to stuff in the cargo area that would mask the noise but that message never made it to the tech which wasted more time. One of the issues I brought the vehicle in for was not fixed and there was zero follow up. Nobody told me it wasn't addressed and it occurred again on the drive home. More
