First required service on my new Wrangler 4xe (oil change). Made the appointment online with no issues, showed the day of service and they took it right in. The first time I came in Julez met me at the door, and she was so sweet and helpful and not at all pushy. We looked at a few jeeps and unfortunately I had to leave for an appointment, but she reached out, she was so sweet and helpful and not at all pushy. We looked at a few jeeps and unfortunately I had to leave for an appointment, but she reached out, and I made an appointment with her to come back the following day for a test drive. Despite our test drive happening in the absolute pouring rain, it was still wonderful and she and I had an absolutely lovely conversation and she was just phenomenal. I wound up coming back a few days later to purchase the jeep that I test drove with her and she was so incredibly helpful and Toni from finance handled the rest and she was amazing as well. Well, I do need to come back to have the windshield repaired. It was still an amazing experience and I’m looking forward to seeing both of them again. More
