I had my eye on this car for a couple of months....I had no urgency for a new vehicle, after all mine was still getting me safely where I needed to go I had my eye on this car for a couple of months....I had no urgency for a new vehicle, after all mine was still getting me safely where I needed to go. I went to Station only to test drive and check it out....went late on a Friday.....the salesman Steve was such a pleasure to deal with. He even spent time answering questions and going over the car with me after the scheduled closing time and remained patient and pleasant. He was very knowledable about that car and all it's features. He even went as far as introducing me to another salesman since he had the next couple days off. I chose to wait for Steve to return(nothing against the other salesman). ..I went back to the dealership with a number in mind of what I wanted to pay ...Steve was great! He went over the numbers with me very thoroughly so I clearly knew all my options. No pressure,no games, no coersion tactics ...I didn't get the price I wanted but was not more that 1100. off....my number was low😉. I qualilified for rebates and incentives and got a generous amount for my trade. I walked out of the dealship the smitten new owner of my beautiful Chrysler Pacifica Limited. I feel I was treated with respect and fairness. I got a GREAT deal! I'd definitely recommend Station to anyone and certainly I recommend Steve, he's an honest, great guy that won't steer you wrong. All in all if Steve had treated me like other salesamen in other dealerships I would NOT have returned. The car sold itself but Steve sells the dealership. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was very friendly and helpful. As far as other questions below, I've had no work done to my car yet, but I'm sure their service is great too. More
