Service rep Victoria was rude and unhelpful. The tech, John Mancini was great and big help. Very disappointed in service when I needed help! Was having an issue with my truck making noises. Finally I was able to bring it to the dealer when it was happening at 5:35 pm. Victoria told me sorry we are closing when all I needed was someone to listen to the noise. So John stepped up and offered to go for a ride. Heard the loud noise and fixed it with a computer update within 10 mins. This has been an issue for me since I bought it 2 yrs ago.
