On the smaller size but big personal service. I stopped in after lunch to view some Grand Cherokee’s and learn the difference between trim levels. Left a sour taste when they brought out price sheet and all these extra fees were tacked on. Thought it was very sneaky/sleazy way to do business. Purchased a 2021 Wrangler on may 17, 2021, dealership couldn’t register our Jeep until almost a month later due to the incompetency of the RI title clerk at the dealership. Sales person was useless in he couldn’t register our Jeep until almost a month later due to the incompetency of the RI title clerk at the dealership. Sales person was useless in helping the situation since she was paid her commission already. Ended up having to go the GM, Chris Diaz to get our truck registered. Chris was the ONLY person at this dealership that actually gave a crap about assisting us. If I could if Juliana less than one star I would. Do not see her or use her as your sakes person. More
