I got exactly what I came for. Staff was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Car Gurus price was the price and the vehicle was beautiful. They finance in house, but that was what I needed- and they got me a fair rate for the loan, better than I expected! Jules was a great salesperson and helped me anytime I needed it- and quickly too! There was a small issue with the windshield and Station paid for all repairs. I’d say I’d definitely buy from them again if they continue to have gently used Mazda’s in stock! More
Went in to purchase a used car that I had seen online. Immediately became concerned with the amount of repairs that had gone into the car. Apparently they had done well over $2,000 worth of work to the car before putting it on the lot. Original internet listing claimed a Carfax of two owners. Mine showed four. Then when I tried to make a cash purchase they said they couldn't honor the internet price because that was only available to those who financed through their Bank because the bank gave them a kickback? I literally had a bank check in my hand for the car and they would rather force me to do a hard credit inquiry. We finally negotiated a cash price with the understanding that they were to check the brakes, alignment and balance which were riding rough, repair some carpeting that had become detached and to do a full detail on the car. 5 days later they delivered the car 6 hours late from our appointment time. They were just getting it inspected the day of the delivery. And according to the registration, they had only done it that day despite having all the insurance information earlier in the week. Carpet was not repaired. Detailing was definitely not done. And the second key fob was missing which means I only have one alarm fob for the car. Went to go use the fob and realized it does not even go with this car, nor does it have an alarm!! Now discovering that the car should not have even passed inspection with no washer fluid and oil leaking out of the rear brakes. Sent two emails both of which were ignored. Now I'm getting inundated with emails asking me to review my purchase. No problem. More

This d is consistently exceptional. Victoria is always a pleasure to see and I know she is taking care of both myself and my Jeep the best she can. This dealership is the only place I feel comfortable going to and to give my business. I know I am not being taken advantage of and they all truly feel like family. More
This review is about the Station Buick GMC Dealership, located just down the road from the Jeep Dealership. This is copy of the email I sent to the BDC Coordinator and the Dealer Principal as well, no res located just down the road from the Jeep Dealership. This is copy of the email I sent to the BDC Coordinator and the Dealer Principal as well, no response from either one 2 days later, oh and the car is still available for sale, I called today pretending to be interested. Good evening, I am not sure what happened or went wrong for a better description. After I didn’t hear back from you this afternoon, I called the main number of the dealership around 300pm and inquired if the 2017 Hyundai Sonata was still for sale and available to be looked at and i was told yes what time did I wish to come in. I told the woman 430pm as i get out of work at 400pm. I left work a bit early and made a 45 minute drive in traffic and arrived at the dealership around 435. I explained to the salesman who greeted me what I was looking for. His response was “oh we just sold that an hour ago, as a matter of fact I sold it. Do you want to look at something else?” I replied that I had come all this way for that particular vehicle, and also told him that when I called to make the appointment for 430, i was told that if someone else came by and/or sold in they would call me so I wouldn’t waste a trip. He then went to “talk to the manager”. He came back a few minutes later and offered his business card and apologized again. I find it odd that the car was “Just Sold” and here are the reasons why: 1.) No Hold/Sold Tag on the front Window. 2.) The car hasn’t moved in a while…a few days or more, There was dust/dirt on the entire vehicle and the brake rotors had rust forming when a car sits for a couple of days. 3.) Perhaps you’re holding it for someone else either a co-worker or friend. In closing, this is a shady way of doing business and treating a potential new customer. I liked the way the car look and although i hadn’t driven it yet, was very impressed from the outside of it after walking around it looking for flaws and there weren’t any. I came bringing my payoff letter from my lender, pre-approved for the price of the car, willing and able to take it for a test drive, and start the purchase of it tonight. Not only did you guys mess up big time by not being honest and upfront with me, I will never ever consider doing business with your organization now or in the future. Furthermore, i’ll be telling my friends family and co-workers what happened to me. Please don’t bother contacting me about this, I am too annoyed to consider any business dealings with your dealership. More
