Very busy service dept. Online scheduling tool wasn’t working properly. As a result, multiple customers on a Sat. did not have appts. if scheduled using the online tool. The two service advisors were v working properly. As a result, multiple customers on a Sat. did not have appts. if scheduled using the online tool. I was impressed with how the two advisors remained polite & composed when a customer was upset. Simple, short duration service were accommodated sometime during the day. I was a lucky one to get my oil changed after an hour wait and given a discount. Scheduled another visit for tire rotation & balance. More
