Advertise KBB all over their website, yet when you get a trade in quote from KBB they give you 30% of what KBB gave. Finance person was terrible. Told me I better take my Volkswagen on the trip I was taking trade in quote from KBB they give you 30% of what KBB gave. Finance person was terrible.
