The entire buying process was slow and tedious. We had an appointment scheduled and the vehicle was not there on time. The appointment was made several days in advance so they had time to prepare the vehicle’s arrival. We asked for all new wipers to be put in the vehicle and they only replaced the front not the rear. Also we asked for the rear brakes to be looked at and that was not done. Also the car was not fully cleaned upon pick up. The sales person who I picked the car up from was rude and was condescending when I asked questions about setup and display. We spent 4 hours on a Friday morning to complete the purchase. The finance team was unable to multi task. Also we were told that we would be able to pick the vehicle up Monday afternoon. They did not call to update me on the status. I had to call at 3pm on Monday and they had not processed the paperwork. They were waiting on the title transfer from a sister dealership. I had to continue to follow up to see if the vehicle was ready. Overall I will not recommend the dealership to others More
