I know I’m not going back to get the recall done because I’m not gonna be treated like that by Mansfield Jeep. I will find another Jeep dealership to do it and as far as oil changes, I’m not going back and pay that money and be treated like that. There is one nice Customer service woman at the repair center. I went looking for a jeep gladiator and had never shopped here before. When I walked in I was introduced to William he met me with a courteous smile and made me comfortable right away. He made the time less stressful, I felt like he went out of his way to make this experience easier to purchase the jeep that I was looking at.
