Very busy service dept. Online scheduling tool wasn’t working properly. As a result, multiple customers on a Sat. did not have appts. if scheduled using the online tool. The two service advisors were v working properly. As a result, multiple customers on a Sat. did not have appts. if scheduled using the online tool. The two service advisors were very up front about the problem and if the requested service could performed during the day or not. I was impressed with how the two advisors remained polite & composed when a customer was upset. Simple, short duration service were accommodated sometime during the day. I was a lucky one to get my oil changed after an hour wait and given a discount. Scheduled another visit for tire rotation & balance. More
