The assistant service manager not only did nothing, she started yelling at customer too! Stay away from this dealership, and any of their affiliates. Jeep may be a good product, but the people at this dealership are entirely unprofessional and lack any desire to provide customer service. This place does not align with the Jeep brand! More

I made appointment online. When I arrived with my receipt they said they didn’t have my info and come back another time. I was beyond angry and JOsh didn’t seem to care.
