My Excellent Car Buying Experince at Stateline Nissan I recently purchased a new 2018 Nissan Rogue at Sateline Nissan. I was in the market for a new car, because my vehicle had been totaled. (I was curre I recently purchased a new 2018 Nissan Rogue at Sateline Nissan. I was in the market for a new car, because my vehicle had been totaled. (I was currently driving a 2018 Nissan Rogue rental, which my wife & I liked). Everyone that I encountered at the dealership treated me very well! My salesman was Bob Calise. Mr. Calise was very enjoyable to work with! He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable regarding the Rogue, and was very accomodating to my particular needs and concerns! After we worked out the price of the vehicle, Bobby allowed me to delay chosing between 2 vehicles (a white one and a silver one) until I had the chance to consult at home with my wife. When I came back later with my wife we threw him a real "curveball," requesting a different color (black), which my wife was insisting on! Although I know that he was extremeely busing serving other customers, Bobby located a similiarly equiped Black Rogue, and got the vehicle to the dealership in East Providence and preped, all within a couple of hours! He also took a great deal of time explaining the vehicle's controls, etc., and making sure that I was satisfied with the way the vehicle was preped - ensuring that there were no scratches on it. I also very much appreciated how kind and respectful Bobby was to my wife (who hadn't been feeling well recently)! I would definitely recommend Sateline Nissan, and especially their fantastic salesman, Bobby Calise, to anyone in the market for a new car!!! More

He immediately got me in to take my information and out for a test drive before discussing any kind of prices etc. and definetly wasn’t the annoying pushy typical car salesman that Ive always experienced. Although I was there for hours, there was never a dull moment. Juan has a positive attitude and fun personality and re assured me over and over and gave me confidence that if I wanted the car it would be mine despite credit numbers. I would def recommend asking for him if you plan on going to this dealership he made my experience really great and I walked away with the car Ive always wanted. The only reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the car could have been cleaner when I picked it up as I found some minor defaults that I will have to take care of myself. Not to worry though, Juan said he’d make it up to me. More

I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. And most importantly made me feel comfortable with making this purchase being that I will need a bigger car with 2 children and the safety gadgets this car has. I highly recommend Cannon Brian at Nissan, he will take his time and work with you. More
