an efficient dealership after my car was totaled by a deer, I needed to get a used car in a hurry. I saw Stateline had a Toyota that I wanted to look at. I was helped to see and drive that car in a matter of a few minutes and all the paperwork and process of securing it was handled in a couple of hours. Good car buying experience It wasn't any different than most other car buying experiences. Cannon was a nice salesman and I liked his approach, as well as working with him, and It wasn't any different than most other car buying experiences. Cannon was a nice salesman and I liked his approach, as well as working with him, and the manager, Nick, was not as condescending as other managers I have dealt with there . Overall, it did seem like there was a bit of miscommunication around the dealership. That's not unusual. The dealership itself, was very crowded. There wasn't much room to move around the showroom. Curtis is Excellent Go see Curtis he is great and will work with you in your budget. In another case the lady who wrote out the paperwork and sold me a warranty never gav Go see Curtis he is great and will work with you in your budget. In another case the lady who wrote out the paperwork and sold me a warranty never gave me any information on what I was buying. I quickly refunded this portion cause I never felt comfortable buying this cause her lack of knowledge and personality forced me to change my mind. I felt like she was only looking to make her commission and not help me at all. More
