When I arrived to take a closer look at a few vehicles, Kwame greeted me at the door with a smile and warm welcome. After test driving a Murano SL and discussing some preliminary offers on a lease, I can back several more times, looking at Rogues and other Muranos. Throughout the process, Kwame was responsive and professional. He was always ready to answer questions, willing to work with me, and quick to find managers and finance team members to answer any additional questions I had. Although I was still pretty upset, I figured I traveled an hour so I’ll see what they could do. Luckily they had the same vehicle, same year, make, model that the original car I was to look at.
