Relaxing no pressure car buying experience I have to say that I was not the easiest customer, My lease was up on my 2016 Rouge and I went in and met with Paula to go over my options, I love my I have to say that I was not the easiest customer, My lease was up on my 2016 Rouge and I went in and met with Paula to go over my options, I love my Rouge and was having a difficult time deciding what to do. Paula and Wayne took the time to let me drive an array of vehicles (with a car seat in tow) and calculated the new lease payments for me, all while helping me chase my 3 year old foster son around the sales room floor. After a few days of back and forth in my own head I finally made a decision (after I had made a different decision the day prior) and with no fuss they helped me through it! I ended up leasing the new 2019 Nissan Kicks right off the show room floor! They helped me save money with a vehicle that has better MPG and has all the options that I actually use! I would Recommend Paula Gauthier and Stateline Nissan or East Providence, RI to EVERYONE! More
Rushed I bought a used SUV 2 weeks ago and after little hiccup it was delivered all seemed good. Now after driving for a week finally got chance to Clean it I bought a used SUV 2 weeks ago and after little hiccup it was delivered all seemed good. Now after driving for a week finally got chance to Clean it and find multiple scratches that I missed looking in the dark and being rushed inside. I was "helped" quickly the night of purchase to give them a review probably because I was happy, Now I find myself disappointed with the look of my vehicle,when I was told "we will give it a good going over and touch up any scratches" I'm not sure if I would return here . More
Buyer beware. 150 point insp NOT performed as Chris explained over the phone..... tires worn, air filter was black and never replaced, not detailed as well. Excellent experience I was on the hunt for a new car. So of course I searched cargurus and found exactly what I was looking for. I called stateline Nissan to set up an app I was on the hunt for a new car. So of course I searched cargurus and found exactly what I was looking for. I called stateline Nissan to set up an appointment to see it. John Vieira was the salesman that helped me. He pulled it up and we took it for a ride. I was in love. This is the car I was looking for. John was very informative. He showed me all the hidden compartments, how to adjust the heat and radio. He sold me. We went inside to fill out paperwork, but knowing my credit is not that great I told John I did not think I would be approved. He assured me he would do all he could to get me into the car of my dreams. And he did. I drove it home this morning and I am very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend John and Stateline Nissan to anyone looking for an easy car buying experience. ~Kayla More
