Buying a Pre-Owned Good experience, was first really annoyed by the random extra charges they added to their advertised price. But in the end was able to negotiate out of half of the extra fees. They were very friendly in showing us the cars and talking about its features later when i went to go pick it up. Don't be too quick with the financing tho, because their rates are very high. They were quite more pushy than the 3 other dealerships we had visited that day, but I guess that worked out for them in the end when we ended up buying the car. More

Bought My Nissan Rougue Sport This was actually my first time getting a new car from Stateline Nissan. There was this Rogue Sport I was interested in because it had all-wheel drive and it also had the safety features. The people who I worked with including Dave and Paula, without a doubt the nicest car salespeople who I ever worked with. The dealership place is very snazzy on the inside. They have a nice selection of cars in stock and the pricing is very reasonable. To anyone looking for a brand new Nissan, I would recommend Stateline Nissan in East Providence, RI. I know that I’ll be going back there again in the future for a brand new Nissan. More
Hidden costs, shady financial fees and add-ons. I went there to get a used Pre Owned Certified car that I saw in the internet. Right from the start, I was not able to get a clear answer on the fin I went there to get a used Pre Owned Certified car that I saw in the internet. Right from the start, I was not able to get a clear answer on the final price of the vehicle. You would think an ad with a given price for a pre owned certified vehicle would be the price that you would pay. I went to the dealership and first thing I learned was the price of the vehicle posted in the ad did not include any of the CPO benefits, If I wanted that, it would cost an additional $1400.00. According to them a disclaimer on the ad "clearly" mentioned that CPO was optional and would require additional charges. After some negotiations the price of the vehicle was still within an acceptable price range, I decided to close the deal. The contract signing and financial of the vehicle was bad. I had expected a $200 monthly payment on a $12K car, instead I was told my monthly payment was about $284.00. I was not shown any details, I was taken to the office and the guy started putting stuff in front of me to sign. I obviously stopped that and asked about the higher monthly payment, only then I was told the guy handling the documents had "conveniently" without my consent added an extended warranty worth about $5K, some gap insurance protection for about $1K and also some paint and detailing insurance for another $1K. An used $12K car had all of a sudden morphed into a $19K purchase. That was even more expensive than buying a new car. I rejected all the additional things that had been added and then the guy told me he had to sell me at least one of those things otherwise he would have to increase the APR on my contract. I told him, I did not want any of the additional things and should the financing terms change I would walk away from the deal. I finally got the car at the agreed price without any of the additional "benefits" that had been added without my consent. So, be very careful and (as you should) check your contract very well before signing anything. Now, on the other side of the experience, dealing with the sales representative was different and deserves a separate mention from the financing part of the transaction. I dealt with Bobby Calise to reach an agreement on the purchase price for the car. He took care of making sure everything was in a working/pristine condition with the car I was buying, The vehicle was clean and ready to go the very same day, we got some snow that day, so the car was kept indoors until I got there to take it. Bobby had replaced the key's battery and made sure I got a paint detailing cartridge to deal with a couple of scratches on the side of the car (used car). There was still some paperwork pending to complete, Bobby stayed in touch in the following days until everything was done. I thanked him for his help and assistance. More

Elvis Reyes is a credit to this dealership as a salesman. He is incredibly patient and knowledgable, and very personable and low key, no pressure, which I greatly appreciate! Dealing with Wayne Walker also was a pleasant experience. A surprising change of pace from other dealerships in this state! Wayne is very laid back and treats you like friend, not someone to talk down to. They are very transparent and don't try to double talk you, which you can always catch them in at some point. Overall, I extremely pleased with my experience here, and have already told many people about it. I would recommend Stateline Nissan in a heartbeat, and look forward to doing business with them in the future! More
