An effortless car buying experience,dealerships have changed I had my eyes on a used 2019 Altima, SV online ,and i knew what i wanted to pay, i went in one day and met Paula, and Tony. I had a new car about a we I had my eyes on a used 2019 Altima, SV online ,and i knew what i wanted to pay, i went in one day and met Paula, and Tony. I had a new car about a week and half later, They both worked with me on the price i wanted to pay. There were no games , or feelings of being pushed in one direction or another.to spend more money on another car. I test drove a 2016 Maxima and a 2019 Altima SV AWD., i Ioved the Altima. Restored my faith is dealer service I live in VA and loaned my 2010 Nissan Altima with 64,000 miles to my granddaughter for her last semester at school in RI. Last Sunday after traveling I live in VA and loaned my 2010 Nissan Altima with 64,000 miles to my granddaughter for her last semester at school in RI. Last Sunday after traveling from VA and about one mile from school the car broke down. She had it towed to Stateline and they found the transmission was defective. It had been rebuild by a dealer in VA at 58,000 miles. Stateline received approval from Nissan to repair the transmission under warranty. On Wednesday Victor on his day off asked his colleague Dave to call me with information about warranty. On Friday the repairs were completed and my granddaughter was able to pick up the car. There were no charges. This easily could have been a high priced repair but they were honest and did the right thing. John More

After expressing my feelings we left and they called apologizing about it and said they offered 6.9% then 2minutes later said 4.8% after we said no. I recently visited the location and ran into the original salesperson I had worked with many years ago; Bobby C. He has a great personality, keeps me laughing and really cares about his customers. I returned today to close out my lease and decide on my next steps. Bobby spoke with me about all of my options and made it easy to understand the benefits and draw backs of leasing. He took care of everything, and I mean everything from explaining the ins and outs of the car I purchased, to taking me to the dealership to return my current lease, to programming my blue tooth, and making sure I was 100% happy with my purchase before he let me leave....and it didn't take hours of my precious time to accomplish. Cannon was knowledgeable, professional, and well educated in Nissan vehicles. I WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. HE WAS AWESOME!!!!
