Cannon Brian Michael could not have made this usually painful process any easier or enjoyable. He took care of everything, and I mean everything from explaining the ins and outs of the car I purchased, to taking me to the dealership to return my current lease, to programming my blue tooth, and making sure I was 100% happy with my purchase before he let me leave....and it didn't take hours of my precious time to accomplish. Cannon was knowledgeable, professional, and well educated in Nissan vehicles. I WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. HE WAS AWESOME!!!! Like I said earlier, the EASIEST, QUICKEST car buying deal I have ever had...oh and the price was the best around!! Five stars is not enough to give Cannon for this great experience!!! More

We recently bought a 2019 Nisson Murano. It was a delightful experience from the moment we arrived to trade in value to purchase. Cannon our consultant and Ian the manager were knowledgeable and flex delightful experience from the moment we arrived to trade in value to purchase. After visiting the Stateline and test driving a vehicle ADVERTISED as Cer Avoid this dealership. Better Business Bureau shows 11 complaints filed!!! After visiting the Stateline and test driving a vehicle ADVERTISED as Certified Pre-owned I was advised that the online price DID NOT include $1600 fee for the BASIC Certified preowned warranty! I was also advised there was a $900 FEE because I was not financing the vehicle through the dealership. Two big BAD surprises!! And both of them were lies! The bad guy is TONY. A fish rots from the head down. If the general manager knows customers get treated this way..he is just as guilty. They advised me I should have read the disclaimer. Which does not mention those fees, by the way. These types of fees are NOT customary across other Nissan dealerships. I was offered a trade in value at least $2555 LESS than the suggested Kelly Blue Book trade in value of our existing vehicle. So shady. They wanted me to pay $2400 in BOGUS fees "ABOVE" THE ADVERTISED PRICE ! The tone received I received was "The customer is always wrong" at Stateline. I would not recommend Stateline Nissan to my worst enemy !! If this review was helpful to you give it a thumbs up so more people see it and less people get screwed by Stateline Nissan. More
