They not only DON'T check over the entire vehicle, but rather only the areas of concern as if you yourself was to know what to look for. Unfortunately, the vehicle in question was an already purchased Nissan and needed an immediate inspection as proof of issues to require the sales venue to repair at their cost so I agreed. I later retrieved the vehicle to pay now $172 as they even tacked on shop supplies to the invoice. What supplies on an inspection and half @#& one at that? They quated over $1200 for parking brake shoes, over $5k for a new rear end. NEVER EVER will I visit let alone purchase a vehicle from them...... EVER! More
This is one of those dealerships marking their cars thousands over MSRP. Salesmen are sleazy and super pushy and they have all these suspect reviews because they offer you free oil changes or weatherma thousands over MSRP. I leased my last three leases through Stateline and had each car regularly serviced there. For once I thought I found a dealership that was honest, transparent and had my interests in mind. However when my most recent lease was coming to an end due to the car/chip shortage I had no choice but to purchase the lease l. I called the dealership to ask about buying the vehicle outright - not interested in financing. The salesman,Ryan, told me I couldn't buy it outright because I wouldn't be able to register it without the title which could take a little while to come in but assured me there would be no charge and I could pay it off when I wanted. I was not told I was going to get charged a $400 "document fee" for doing so. The next day I called Nissan directly and they told me there was an option to buy it directly from Nissan and would never have had to pay the $400 document fee. This "document fee" was NOT the registration and title fee - simply a document fee that goes to the dealership for a running my financing that I never wanted in the first place. Nissan headquarters told me that dealers were made known of this in April 2022 the option for people who wanted to pay cash could go directly through Nissan. Stateline mislead me led me to believe I needed to come in and finance through them and that was was not the case.... I had another option and they did not inform me about instead had me take out a loan that I didn't need. Despite being told I could pay it off whenever I wanted the woman in finance person had the nerve to ask me to make at least 4 payments otherwise the dealership will get a fee. Are you kidding me?when I called to ask the sales manager why the option wasn't afforded to me, he defended his staff and could care less. It sounded like he was reading off a list of customer service training lines. A joke. Shame on their practices. Say goodbye to a loyal customer. More

My experience at this dealer was great. We had the pleasure of having Andrew C for a salesman. We had no pressure, he was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and very nice. Wait a month and multiple repair attempts, and then won’t fix your car when they can’t figure it out. I had 4 attempts to let them fix it and I keep dishing out money and I have the same problem. I found the vehicle on Carfax it was advertised for $22,783. Worst experience ever in purchasing a vehicle! I should have walked out from the start. I found the vehicle on Carfax it was advertised for $22,783. When I met with the salesman, he asked me if I saw the disclaimer, naturally I didn't. Then told me that the vehicle cost $1,495 more seeing that it is certified. Plus, if I didn't finance it, it was an addition of $999. I have gone back now and reviewed the declaimer on Carfax and it does not specify any of these dollar’s amount, plus the dealer’s web site disclaimer does not specify their dollar value either. I sent the salesman an email stating I could come in after 3PM to finalize the paperwork if that works for him. He said I was all set after 3PM and unfortunately, he would not be there, but to ask for his Lead Manager. I did as directed and then the nightmare got worst. I was seated in a chair in front of an empty desk. A salesman did come over to get some little information from me and go over the pricing. Sitting in this chair for 1 hour, 2 hours then 2.5 hours. Without any manager coming over and giving me any updates on when I would be taking care of. When the finance/business manager did come to me, I told him that it has been 2.5 hours and that I had it. He said he would get it done quickly, yah right half an hour later. I don't know why I ever proceeded with this sale, hopefully it doesn't get worst with the vehicle. I can guarantee you I will never go back to Stateline Nissan. More
I embarked on a journey to purchase a much-needed new vehicle with very little knowledge. I saw the Rogue as being one that would fit my needs. Not knowing this Dealership at all, I was greeted by Kenn vehicle with very little knowledge. I saw the Rogue as being one that would fit my needs. Not knowing this Dealership at all, I was greeted by Kenny Jaramillo. He was not only extremely knowledgeable but had a personality unmatched by most "salesmen". It was not about the sale, it was about my comfort and satisfaction. This Dealership is made of a very diverse group of individuals, all of whom are there to provide quite possibly the best service I have ever encountered. When my decision was final, I was directed to Curtis whose assistance in finance was unsurpassed. Every option was made available to me with a comfort level of affordability. I left with my new car knowing my decision was correct in every way. I would recommend this Dealership for its incredibly high standards along with a team dedicated to Customer Service. More
