Greetings! Back in Oct. '10, I drove up to your lot and was immediately greeted by Ms. Nathaniel. From the beginning, she was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about her job. I've been telling anyone who would listen to me about her. Throughout the whole process of purchasing my new Town and Country van, she made me feel at ease. I never felt pressured into buying anything that I was not satisfying to me. Every piece of paper I signed was explained in "laymans" terms to me. Anytime I'm there, she makes me feel like an old friend by just remembering my name!! More
Greetings! Recently the engine light came on my new Greetings! Well I took it to the service department the very next day and was met by Mr. Buffington before I even got out of my van. He was so nice from the moment I got there. He realized that I had purchased the extended warranty and had arranged for a rental for me right away. He kept me informed the whole time my van was there, which I was very impressed. He told me early on that it will need to stay at least a week, and he kept his word. which made he extremely happy!!! Thanks so much! More

I went to the dealership looking to purchase a black 2011 jeep wrangler unlimited hardtop. John and I walked the sales lot and we didn't see anything in the price range that I had in mind. John asked me what features I was looking for and then we test drove one. John was explaining all the features as we were test driving the jeep. We got back to the dealership and John showed me one black hardtop that he had on the other side of the lot. I told John I was interested in that one so John asked someone to look at my trade in to see what I would be offered on it. The Jeep price was a little to high and the trade in value was a little low so, We went back and forth a few times cause I was looking to get a complete payoff for my trade so the person who looked at my trade in came over and was trying to work with me and I told him I wanted them to payoff my trade and he said he couldn't do it. I told him and John then I didn't want to waste anyone time any more and I grabbed John's card and I told him to call me if he has anything come up to call me. We then Parted ways. About a half hour later, John called me and told me he found a jeep similar to what I was looking for but he couldn't discuss it over the phone. I went back to the dealership and John had two different jeeps to chose from I had told him that I would go with a soft top, it would better fit me so he found one and then we worked the numbers and finally came to an agreement. All the staff that I came in contact with was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to come and visit this dealership! This was John's first sale and he did an excellent job!!! Gary was patient and listened to my frustrations. He is commited to providing quality, customer service and wanted to understand why I made the drive to Charleston, SC to get my car repaired. He cared enough to offer complimentary future services at no cost to me, to earn my business. He stated that I was welcomed to contact him at anytime and that he would send an email to have a rep call me to set up my next complimentary appointment. It mad Celestee me feel great to know that someone cared enough to call me and to offer me something of value for the time and trouble I went through to get my car fixed. This was by far the most interesting experience at a car dealership I have ever had. I came, I saw, I bought. Not only was Tracey informative, she was the ideal salesperson. Because of the particular interior I wanted, I had to wait a day or two longer than I would have liked for the car, but I was very pleased and happy when it arrived. The customer service was excellent, which was a breath of fresh air because I went to dealerships prior to going to Stateline and had to deal with terrible service from uninterested salesmen. I had planned on checking out the new Dodge Durango for future purchase, but Ed and the team at Stateline worked and worked( for three days) to get me a deal that I felt comfortable with. Ed even told me to check around and I would see that this was the best deal I could find.. So I did. And he was right. It mean's a lot for another dealer to tell you straight up that they cannot touch the deal that a rival has. After that, I was sold. I wanted a black Durango, but there was not one in the Express model. I told Ed I found one in Columbia, and he called me back in fifteen minutes to tell me that they could have it for me. I have been to several different dealerships, and I must say the staff at Stateline made me feel the most comfortable. One sales associate (who was not even assisting me) noticed I didn't have my son with me... I will tell people of my experience and definitely refer people to Stateline! Thank you all who were involved in my deal. More

I was greeted by Will Smith when I first got to Stateline. I had no intention of buying a new Dodge Ram, but I was looking at the possibility. Before I knew it he asked me what it was going to take to get me to take that truck home...obviously we haggled back and forth for awhile, but we finally came to terms for my new 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD, with a sport package. I LOVE my new truck and the experience I had with Will was great. My only reason for the "4" instead of a "5" on the price is that I'm sure we can all agree that we'd like to pay less. I feel that I got a good value, but less is always better! Thanks for your help Will! John Dippert More
