The car was exactly as advertised. The car was ready to go when I got there, with the staff well informed. I bought the car over the phone via an internet ad price. I think the dealer could have checked all the equiptment on the car beforehand and made necessary repairs prior to delivery. The paint and interior protective sealant was not in the advertised price (a not so welcome increase of 499) other than that, I'm happy with the car. More

I wasn't dissappointed...Brett went out of his way to get me in a NEW Jeep this time around when I intended on purchasing another used one (I honestly didn't think I could afford a new one!). Brett got me the deal I wanted on the vehicle with the features that I wanted and was in and out quicly. I went in at 7PM and was out at 9PM with my new Jeep! We appreciate how he looks for all available discounts (employer discount, military service discount, etc.) and compares them to current offers in order to show us the best price. We are [also] very impressed with Stateline Dodge in general. The facility is top-of-the-line (beautiful) and the service department is superb. We like the way the service department is set up (quick service oil changes vs unscheduled service) and the pleasant and knowledgeable service department personnel. We have been using this service department since my job required that we move from Pittsburgh to the Charlotte area in November 2004 (for Dodge vehicles we had purchased out of state). This past weekend (Memorial Day weekend), we took our new truck out for a long drive. I was concerned that one (or more) wheels might be out of balance. I called the service department (on Saturday afternoon) and they had me come right in. As it turned out, we were just not yet used to the bounce that you get when driving a heavy-duty truck (without a load) at highway speeds. We appreciate their patience and help (especially on short notice on a holiday weekend). More

Well I took it to the service department the very next day and was met by Mr. Buffington before I even got out of my van. He was so nice from the moment I got there. He realized that I had purchased the extended warranty and had arranged for a rental for me right away. He kept me informed the whole time my van was there, which I was very impressed. He told me early on that it will need to stay at least a week, and he kept his word. which made he extremely happy!!! Thanks so much! More

I went to the dealership looking to purchase a black 2011 jeep wrangler unlimited hardtop. John and I walked the sales lot and we didn't see anything in the price range that I had in mind. John asked me what features I was looking for and then we test drove one. John was explaining all the features as we were test driving the jeep. We got back to the dealership and John showed me one black hardtop that he had on the other side of the lot. I told John I was interested in that one so John asked someone to look at my trade in to see what I would be offered on it. The Jeep price was a little to high and the trade in value was a little low so, We went back and forth a few times cause I was looking to get a complete payoff for my trade so the person who looked at my trade in came over and was trying to work with me and I told him I wanted them to payoff my trade and he said he couldn't do it. I told him and John then I didn't want to waste anyone time any more and I grabbed John's card and I told him to call me if he has anything come up to call me. We then Parted ways. About a half hour later, John called me and told me he found a jeep similar to what I was looking for but he couldn't discuss it over the phone. I went back to the dealership and John had two different jeeps to chose from I had told him that I would go with a soft top, it would better fit me so he found one and then we worked the numbers and finally came to an agreement. All the staff that I came in contact with was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to come and visit this dealership! This was John's first sale and he did an excellent job!!! More
