This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! We decided to purchase the Town & Country, because it drove well & offered a lot of unique features; in addition, we think we were given a very good price on the Town & Country along with a fair price on our trade. Lawrence Perry and his sales manager made themselves available without being pushy and were helpful without being aggressive in their sales pitch/bias. So far, we have had a great experience with Stateline, and we expect continued good service after our new van arrives from VA. More
We have been interested in Fiats since they took a controlling interest in Chrystler several years ago. My father had a Fiat in the 60's and I had one in high school. We went to Fiat USA on line about a year ago to see what dealership would be close to us and it was Stateline Fiat in Fort Mill, SC, a little over an hour from our house. We checked on line and found the FAcebook page for Stateline Fiat and watched the progress of the show room. When we found out they had a test marketing care, we visited Stateline Christler and drove the marketing car in April 2011. We have been waiting for the show room with inventory to be complete. So yesterday was our first opportunity to get down there and BUY A FIAT!!! YEA!!! We love our little Pop "Bambino" as we have named it!!! Everyone there was great, Jason the manager, Joe the credit guy but especially Tracy who worked with us to get us what we wanted. Cathi Hall More
The car was exactly as advertised. The car was ready to go when I got there, with the staff well informed. I bought the car over the phone via an internet ad price. My only complaint,,, The passive entry and alarm does not work and will need fixed when I return to Ohio. I think the dealer could have checked all the equiptment on the car beforehand and made necessary repairs prior to delivery. The paint and interior protective sealant was not in the advertised price (a not so welcome increase of 499) other than that, I'm happy with the car. More

I had an excellent experience purchasing my used Jeep Wrangler back in November so Stateline was my first choice to return and duplicate my experience. I wasn't dissappointed...Brett went out of his way to get me in a NEW Jeep this time around when I intended on purchasing another used one (I honestly didn't think I could afford a new one!). Brett got me the deal I wanted on the vehicle with the features that I wanted and was in and out quicly. I went in at 7PM and was out at 9PM with my new Jeep! I would higly recommend that you pay them a visit and tell Brett Pete sent ya! More

We worked with Julio on a previous purchase of a new vehicle. That experience caused us to seek him out for this purchase. He is pleasant and "fun" to work with. He works hard to make the best deal. He makes a concerted effort to match us with the right vehicle (based on what we want to do with it and our financial concerns). We appreciate how he looks for all available discounts (employer discount, military service discount, etc.) and compares them to current offers in order to show us the best price. We are [also] very impressed with Stateline Dodge in general. The facility is top-of-the-line (beautiful) and the service department is superb. We like the way the service department is set up (quick service oil changes vs unscheduled service) and the pleasant and knowledgeable service department personnel. We have been using this service department since my job required that we move from Pittsburgh to the Charlotte area in November 2004 (for Dodge vehicles we had purchased out of state). This past weekend (Memorial Day weekend), we took our new truck out for a long drive. I was concerned that one (or more) wheels might be out of balance. I called the service department (on Saturday afternoon) and they had me come right in. As it turned out, we were just not yet used to the bounce that you get when driving a heavy-duty truck (without a load) at highway speeds. We appreciate their patience and help (especially on short notice on a holiday weekend). More
