Initially I was looking for a used car that fit my budget. After totaling my car in an accident, time was of the essence. I went to a few other dealerships prior to Stateline Chrysler. I had inquired about new mid-sized SUV's at the other dealerships and they were all out of my price range. So I tried Stateline Chrysler and found a used car, which I test drove and was perfect. However, there were no new cars made for the Pacifica, so I decided to test drive the Journey. I was pleased with the performance. The price brand new was much more affordable as well. Jacques did work with me with used vehicles that were in my price range. He was not at all pushy nor did he attempt to show me vehicles which were not in my price range. He respected that I was on a budget. I finally told him that I want to go with a new car and that I wanted to test drive the Journey. I left the dealership happy that not only did I find a car that suited my needs, but one that was in my price range. Since Jacques was out of the office at the time I decided to buy the car, Corey was there to finish the sale. Overall, both of them, including the dealership deserve two thumbs up. More
This was my first new car purchase. I found a Jeep online with the Stateline website and decided to set up a test drive. When I arrived and checked out the Jeep, it appeared to have a lot of hail dam online with the Stateline website and decided to set up a test drive. When I arrived and checked out the Jeep, it appeared to have a lot of hail damage from a storm a while back. I was disappointed when I seen that and might not have went to see it had I known. I test drove a couple different Jeeps. Negotiations began and I decided that I just did not want to purchase a Jeep knowing of the hail damage (even if the hail damage had been repaired). Mr. Morris said he would do some checking around, and within 24 hours found me another Jeep that was exactly what I wanted. The process of getting that Jeep was a little bumpy and took some time, but ultimately was worth the wait. Even things did not go as planned, Mr. Morris tried to make every effort to make me happy throughout the location and eventual purchase of my new Jeep Wrangler. He made several attempts to make things more amenable to my circumstances as I had to drive from Albemarle, NC to Fort Mill, SC on more than one occasion to make the purchase. On the day I thought I would be making the purchase, I had a friend of mine drive me to work so I would not have three cars in Fort Mill in the event I was able to take a Jeep home. Because of circumstances beyond my and Mr. Morris' control, the Jeep I had wanted had not been delivered that day and I was left 40 miles away from home with no transportation. Mr. Morris persistently offered to drop by my employment with a vehicle for me to drive home and back again. Normal people would have took the offer and drove it home. I felt uneasy driving a car home that was not mine, but did appreciate the offer and the kindness Mr. Morris extended in trying to make things easier for me. A couple of days after the purchase, Mr. Morris had a balloon and chocolates delivered to me at my employment congratulating me on my first new car purchase and has followed up with me several times since to make sure things were going well. I will, and have, recommended Mr. Morris and Stateline to friends and family. More
We are thrilled with our new, used car! Brett and Billy Ray were patient and helpful throughout the process. On every visit with Brett we had good experiences. We have shopped at Stateline on 3 seperate occations. 2 experiences with Brett and 1 without. The experiences with Brett were the best. When it comes to dealing with the actual numbers is where I believe you guys need to improve on. While this last experience crunching numbers was the best the previous 2 were not pleasant. The first felt like were dealing with the typical crooked salesman. The second visit we had asked that our monthly payment budget be respected. On that occasion 3 different managers came to visit us at Brett's desk to tell us the payment request was too low. Which was fine however we felt like we were not able to leave. I will say that I did not see those managers this time and it looked like you guys have cleaned up your act. Brett was very professional and we had a pleasant experience when dealing with him. More

Ed was very helpful in our selection and negotiations for our new Chrysler Town and Country. After mechanical problems with the new car that could not be determined, Mike Domer stepped in and went above and our new Chrysler Town and Country. After mechanical problems with the new car that could not be determined, Mike Domer stepped in and went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for in ensuring we were satisfied with the overall experience at Stateline. He got us into another new vehicle that had more options,the color my wife wanted (it did cost more than the previous vehicle) but Mike found ways to lower our payments and stay within our budget. Mike is one of those trusting, caring people who knows what a customer needs and goes out of his way to meet and exceed those needs. The service department also needs to be congratulated on trying everything possible to find the mechanical problem with our initial Town and Country and keep us continuously informed. Barara was our contact and she either called us daily or was always there when we called. With staff members like Ed and Barbara and especially Mike, we will come back to Stateline for our future vehicles as well as recommend you to our family and friends. More
My experience at Stateline was great! I drove in with my old Ford Truck and signed a deal for a brand new Jeep Wrangler within a few hours. I had a wonderful esperience working with Stateline and especially Ed Hiebendahl. Ed was a fantastic salesman that truly took the time to make sure that my wife and I had all the relevant information befo especially Ed Hiebendahl. Ed was a fantastic salesman that truly took the time to make sure that my wife and I had all the relevant information before finalizing our decision. He was caring, fun, knowledgable and truly sincere. I always felt that Ed had my best interest in mind and not just selling cars to make a buck. I also had a pleasant experience with the finance manager and he also made sure that I was happy with the terms and took the time to explain all the financial obligations and responsibilities. I am glad to be a return customer and because of Ed Hiebendahl, I will return again in the future. More
