I am pleased to say that Stateline Fiat exceeded my expectations. The experience was low pressure, accommodating, and as painless as buying a car could be. I had been to visit the dealership back in June to test drive cars. Jason and Jevone stayed in touch with me via email, but not intrusively so. When I was ready to buy this month, I sent Jason an email with the specs of the Fiat 500 I wanted. They didn't have an exact match on the lot, but they had one that could be customized, or the option of waiting 2.5 months and having one custom built. I appreciated that he wasn't trying to force whatever they had on the lot as-is on me. One of the greatest features of the 500 is the personalization, after all! When I came to the dealership a few days later to make the purchase, all of the numbers matched exactly with what Jason had emailed to me. There were no bad surprises. The sales rep, Jevone, was extremely personable, and business manager Joe was able to clearly explain the parts of the process I found confusing. I recently purchased a new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo at Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge. All the staff at Stateline were friendly and helpful and I didn't feel pressured. Wilfredo Belen greeted me when I arrived on the lot and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Manager Mike Domer handled the price and financing negotiations directly with me. He was fair, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge to my friends and family. More

As far as I'm concerned, they are the Champions of "Bait and Switch". They advertised a price online, referenced the price on two (2) occasions prior to their "negotiation game", "Bait and Switch". I will buy a new vehicle, but it will not be from this dealer. I currently own a Jeep product. I will keep the Jeep I currently own, but after my experience with this dealer (Stateline), have opted to explore SUV options provided by other manufacturers. More
After doing quite a bit of research on the FIAT 500, we were pretty certain that it was the car we wanted to buy when it was time to trade in our old vehicle. Unfortunately, mechanical issues with our current car made that come a little sooner than we had hoped! After setting our price point and the list of options we wanted to have on the new car, we were able to roll in the back end of our existing loan at a payment that worked for us and drive off the lot within 24 hours with the new car we wanted. There were no hidden fees, no hidden expenses, and when we came to pick the car up, they had found a pricing error on their warranty forms that actually worked in our favor which they adjusted down for us. Very honest, very easy to work with; overall, an extremely good experience in what could have made an already stressful situation worse. I would highly recommend this dealership and Emilio. More

From the time my husband and I pulled into the parking lot, I knew we were going to have a great experience at Stateline. This attention to detail gave me the insight that Stateline did not only "talk the talk" but also "walked the walk" with their committment to an excellent experience for their clientele. We were greeted by Kelvin Maple whom my husband had spoken to over the phone who, in turn, introduced us to our sales consultant Tracey Nathaniel. Tracey was professional, warm and courteous. She had infinite patience for our every question and took the time to make sure the vehicles we looked at were right for our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the product. Tracey also made sure to introduce us to any staff that happened by. We were warmly greeted and felt a genuine interest in our experience by all. We were able to purchase a new vehicle that day with confidence of not only the best price, information and experience but that any concerns in the future would be addressed equally well. Mike and I spent quite a bit of time at Stateline that day and at no time did we ever feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. When the need arises, we would return again for additional purchases and would not hesitate to recommend Stateline to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

They arranged for my new car to be shipped in and ensured it had all of the correct features and options I wanted/didn't want. Overall they were very friendly and reasonable to deal with.
