Jim Williams was a very wise salesman. He allowed me to take a new car for a test ride for the entire day. I picked up my wife for lunch and my kids from school. When we agreed on terms, he emailed me a form which I completed and emailed back. An hour later we drove to the dealership and 99% of the paperwork was done and waiting on us. We didn't have to spend hours haggling and waiting for approvals in the dealership. We were in and out. I told them that I didn't want it but the saleslady insisted that it was required on all of their cars. After signing the loan papers,I realized that there in fine print it said that it was not a requirement to purchase the package.When I complained to the management,I was basically told.."hey ...sorry but you already signed it.No buyers remorse in S.C. Have a good day".Up until that moment,I would have been a repeat customer soon.That car was for my son. I also had my eye on a new SUV for myself.It will still happen,but not at StateLine. P.S. Now you're going to throw in another $600.00 to "file" the documents? Didn't take long to get you "discount" money money back did it? More
