I have had bad experiences before in other dealerships, but I can honestly say that I was and still am very pleased with my new Jeep purchase because of how I was treated throughout the whole process. I had made the decision to buy a Fiat 500 a couple of months ago but I was rapidly approaching the closing on my new home and couldn't make the purchase. I was very upfront about this with the team at Stateline Fiat and they were completely understanding. I never once felt any pressure to buy - the simply answered my questions (and I asked a lot of questions), worked to find the right car for me and then were very pleasant with the negotiations. We all have to remember that a dealership has to make a profit to exist - with that in mind I feel that I got a fair price on the car, they made some money and everybody walked away happy. They were also able to finance for me at a very competitive rate. When I arrived the car was ready exactly as promised (with some add-ons completed) and I was in and out within an hour. Overall one of the top 3 car buying experiences in my 45 year life and one that I would recommend highly to others. Knowing that Fiat is coming out with additional models in the future, I have no doubt that I will be a repeat customer. Thanks again for a great experience and a great car! More

Mr Braley was great. It was the finance officer and the asst. GM that caused me to rate this low. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and 14 days later was told I wasn't approved for lending. Causing me lost time on the job and consult fees. I was a terrible experience all together. I will say they did reimburse me for a part I had ordered for the Jeep which I am sure they recouped that from the next buyer of the vehicle. Honestly I have never been that embarrassed in my life. To be told you are qualified and accepted for approval and leave with the vehicle and order parts for it put full coverage insurance on it and dropping the coverage on the trade in vehicle. I had to go without a vehicle for several days due to this incident. The way I look at it customers are doing car dealers a favor by purchasing from there lots not the other way around. And for all the inconvenience I was put through needlessly I only received an I'm sorry and the money for the part which I'm sure the dealership got their money plus extra back. So NO I will not recommend this dealer to any of my Friends. More

I was very pleased with the service we received. The person that handles USAA, was very helpful and got back to us in a short amount of time with info. I was talking with another dealer, that dropped t person that handles USAA, was very helpful and got back to us in a short amount of time with info. I was talking with another dealer, that dropped the ball on 2 occasions to call me back and email me information. Your finance man, was very helpful and thorough with the information we needed. We did not have to spend hours in the dealer, like when we have when we purchased other cars. Overall, I would definately recommend this dealership to others. More
