My wife and I were very pleased with the service and overall experience we had at Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated fair and made to feel co overall experience we had at Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated fair and made to feel comfortable. The car buying experience is not typically one that anyone WANTS to go through. With 3 children it is even less desirable of a situation to be in. Accessible play area, wifi, test vehicles being brought up to us, and NOT having to fill out paperwork right off the street were just a few of the things that made trudging through the experience a pleasant one at your dealership. Wilfredo made it a point to show product knowldege, and express his belief to buy what makes you happy, regardless of who is selling it. At other dealerships we received many sales tactics that left a sour taste in our mouths. Some trashed the competition, belittled our current vehicle, spoke down to my wife, and even in cases dismissed questions we had that they couldnt answer. These souring tactics were NOT an issue at Stateline. At stateline we were quickly introduced to the store Manager, shown product within minutes of walking in the door(very important when shopping with children), and asked (not pushed to fill out forms) what we wanted/needed and where we needed payments to be to make it happen. Even upon returning to Stateline within 10 minutes of close, we were offered a second drive of the vehicle to get a feel for the night drive. At the end of the day, we both felt that we got the most car and feature for our money and were treated like a friend. Im a firm believer in the customer service experience and it carrying at least 30% of our buying decisions. At Stateline this experience met and exceed our expecations and ultimately resulted in a purchase. Thanks again More

Will Smith at Stateline was my salesperson who helped me pick out and lease my new Jeep. He was extermely knowledgeable. Will placed me at ease and I built trust with him after he immediately let me know t pick out and lease my new Jeep. He was extermely knowledgeable. Will placed me at ease and I built trust with him after he immediately let me know that a feature I thought I wanted was not worth it for my intended purposes, regardless that the feature would have increased the price of the Jeep I was going to purchase. Buying a car is stressful and can be a long tiring process, but after being at the car dealership for five and a half hours I was happy that Will was there to help us through every step with detailed explaination of the car, the buying process, and finance options. I highly suggest Stateline and Will Smith if you are looking to purchase a Jeep. I love mine and it has everything I wanted within my price range, you can't ask for anything more. More

Emilio was willing to stay late, as I was arriving from the other end of the city. He was extremely friendly and willing to take the time to listen to everything I was looking for, as well as my concerns the other end of the city. Went looking for a Jeep, I told them how much I wanted to spend, and they tried to up sell me on a more expensive model and give me a insanely long duration on my line. Like 82 months or something. I didn' spend, and they tried to up sell me on a more expensive model and give me a insanely long duration on my line. Like 82 months or something. I didn't know they would let you finance that long. So instead of trying to find a car that meet my price point, they try to work in a more expensive car with some sort of crazy finance. When I told the this wouldn't work THEN they tried to show me something that was something closer to what I could afford. They didn't have the car in stock, so I went somewhere else where they DID find something I could afford. That, and when you pull up to the dealership there were about 10 sales reps that jumped me the second I stepped outta my car like a band of wild jackals. Give a guy a second to catch his breath guys and look around. More
