On the afternoon of March 17,2012 I was prepared to buy a 2012 Ford Mustang directly across the street. When I drove by the dealership, I noticed a car that caught my eye and stopped. We were immediately greeted by Corey and he introduced us to James Morris and he assisted us in purchasing our 2012 Charger. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a very pleasant buying experience. As I mentioned earlier, we had been looking at different dealerships and cars and had been given different quotes. At one facility we were left alone for a lengthy amount of time, before we were even given a quote,at another dealership we waited over 30 minutes before a salesman even greeted us. I understand that you do have to wait at times, James took that wait time to educate us on the charger and what a great car we were getting for just a little bit more money, which made me feel confident that I was getting a great buy. I would return and encourage my friends to buy from this dealership. This was a brand new car buying experience. Thanks, keep up the great job. More
This was my second purchase from Stateline. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with James. He was very knowledgeable about the products as well as he listened to what I wanted and ultimately was able t thoroughly enjoyed working with James. Before I pulled into the parking lot of Stateline, I already had my mind made up that I would encounter the same hassle and headache I had experienced at other dealerships. I was relieved to find my experience anything but a hassle or headache. From the time I stepped out of my vehicle and was greeted by James, to the day I purchased my new vehicle, I truly felt that James and the staff at Stateline were doing everything in their power to get me in the vehicle I wanted for a very fair price. I felt at ease and excited to purchase a car instead of pressured and hassled with. I was looking for not only the right vehicle for me but, the right dealership that made this experience fun and easy! I chose to write this review because I had such an awesome experience that I will be recommending everyone in need of a new or used vehicle, to James Morris and the rest of the staff at Stateline! Thank you James and Stateline for such a personable and positive experience while purchasing my very first brand new vehicle! More
I was very impressed with Ms. Parajon, she was friendly, professional and a joy to work with. My issue is with the finance person I dealt with. He was relentless in his attempts to get me to purchase ga professional and a joy to work with. My issue is with the finance person I dealt with. He was relentless in his attempts to get me to purchase gap insurance and a extended warranty on the used vehicle I was buying. I told him repeatedly that I did not want the insurance or the warranty and had to get down right nasty with him to get him to stop. He then when on state that he could only get me a lower interest rate if I purchased the warranty. Total BS! I told him I knew for a fact that my own bank could beat him by several percentage points and I was ready to walk away from the deal. Only then did he "rework" the numbers and get me the interest rate that someone with excellent credit deserves. At this point I was very unhappy. Be advised that this dealer charges $599.00 document fee and $499.00 EnviroGuard protection package on all of their vehicles. So you are out $1098.00 dollars just to buy a vehicle from them. They had the car I wanted, been trying to find for months, so I paid. My advice, have outside finance approved before you arrive, do your homework and stand your ground! More

However, the gentleman that handled the financial paperwork was overbearing and pushing regarding the extended warranty. I am turned off, completely, by arm-twisting.
