We were greeted by Miles who was working with another customer and immediately turned us over to Andrea Parajon. We found Andrea to be very knowledegable, friendly, professional and went the extra mile to find the exact van we were looking for. She was very successful in hunting down a van that fit our specific needs. Andrea kept us well informed. Britton, the young man who went through our paperwork, was also a delight. He was very helpful, professional and curteous. We will highly recommend Stateline to our friends. Kudos to you, and all the staff. Neale was very good to work with. He understood our needs and our budget. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible, and took his time with us. Our experience purchasing our new Town & Country van was great. The employees were amazing and very respectful of each other which made our experience very smooth and easy. I really liked that once the other sales people realized we were already working with someone from the night before they backed off, and when he (Ryan) was busy we were transferred to another individual who fit our personalities and needs well. Dre worked hard to find out what we were looking for in our new vehicle and didn't push any unnecessary extras that wouldn't have fit our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the details of each of the vans and the first one she showed us fit our needs perfectly. Once we were ready to purchase the van we loved, they gave us a great price and worked with us on our trade-in, making our time there the least stressful of all other dealerships we have ever visited. I will definitely continue to do business with this dealership and use Dre and/or Ryan when possible in all future purchases. More
BOUGHT A 200S IN JUNE 2011 FROM THIS DEALER,I WENT BACK IN JULY 2012 TO TRADE MY 200 IN FOR A DODGE CHARGER. I FOUND THE ONE I LIKED ON THEIR INTERNET SITE, WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS SOLD. SALES PERSON TOOK IN JULY 2012 TO TRADE MY 200 IN FOR A DODGE CHARGER. I FOUND THE ONE I LIKED ON THEIR INTERNET SITE, WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS SOLD. SALES PERSON TOOK ME TO LOOK AT OTHER ONES THAT THEY HAD BUT THEY WERE NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. AFTER SOME TIME I ASKED THE SALESMEN WHAT I COULD GET FOR MY 200. HE TOLD ME IT WAS UP TO AN AUCTION PRICE ( I KNOW THIS CAR WOULD NOT GO TO AUCTION). AFTER HE TOOK A QUICK LOOK AT MY 200 HE TELLS ME THE BEST I COULD GET IS MAYBE $16,000. I KNOW HE WAS LOW BALLING ON THE TRADE, I HAD GOTTEN OFFERS OF $18,750 FROM OTHER DEALERS INCLUDING A FORD DEALER. I KNOW IT WAS A HOT DAY (100 DEG.) BUT HE SEEMED ANNOYED AND THAT WE WERE WASTING HIS TIME. More
This dealership is awful. They took a week longer to fix my hail damage the first time I went there. The next time I went there to get a spare key made and I had to go back twice because they gave me anothe my hail damage the first time I went there. The next time I went there to get a spare key made and I had to go back twice because they gave me another defective key. Now I'm back for service and they didn't even have the appointment I scheduled two weeks in advance in their computer. I expect more after buying a $40k dodge challenger from them. More

we went to buy a new chrysler 200 convertible. The trade in and negotiations went quite well. Upon delivery of the vehicle it was discovered that a few places needed to be touched up (minor sratches, a coup in and negotiations went quite well. Upon delivery of the vehicle it was discovered that a few places needed to be touched up (minor sratches, a couple of small dents and some bad paint). We were advised by James Morris to bring in the car on June 11 to be fixed. The dealership provided a courtsey rental car. After that the whole tenor of the dealership and especially James Morris changed.After contacting the dealership numerous times by phone, three personal visits and filing a formal complaint with Chrysler corp, the car was finally ready on July 6th.Took the 4 weeks to do a four day job. Although the car paint issues were fixed satisfactorily, the biggest complaint that we have is the attitude of the front office of the dealership whenever we called. The salesman, James Morris, told both my wife and i that he had nothing to do with it and was out of the loop (naturally he had already gotten his commision and did not want to be bothered any more) We kept getting conflicting answers by James and other New car sales management and they never lived up to what they promised. Everyone should follow Andrea Parajon lead! She did a great job. This is the 5th car bought at this location the best experience by far. Mr. French greeted me as soon as I got out of my car. Normally that would not be that appealing because I'd prefer to look around a bit and not be subjected to a "hard sell". But Mr. French was very engaging and certainly did not press or hard sell me on anything. He was very attentive to our needs which were quite different - I was buying a used car for my daughter and a new car for me. We spent several hours together and he gave me his full attention, he offered us beverages on a very hot day, and he showed us many alternatives for us to consider. This whole experience was perhaps the best I've had at a car dealership and I have purchased 4 new BMW's in the past, a new Yukon Denali XL, and several other cars. I am accustomed to excellent service and the entire team at Stateline provided that and much more. I am very pleased with the service and with the cars as well. Frankly, I had never considered purchasing a Chrysler prior to entering the dealership and it was my daughter who wanted to look at Jeeps. I walked out purchasing two cars!
