After searching all over the Southeast for just the right Jeep, I discovered Stateline online and was intrigued by the selection and pricing. Lawrence Perry was extremely helpful and friendly, not pushy at all. He had a great sense of humor and answered all of my questions - displaying an admirable knowledge-base for the products he was selling. The management did require some "reminding" about the pricing they had agreed to, but in the end they were honest and fair. I have purchased vehicles elsewhere and although all dealerships require some fee for processing, I was surprised to see that Stateline requires a $600 fee for "document filing and paperwork." Maybe this is the norm for most dealerships, but none that I have used have charged quite that much. From my research the price was still much lower than the competition so I didn't mind too much. However, it would have been nice for this to be listed on the website or mentioned during one of my several calls.... Lawrence handled this very professionally, explaining everything to my satisfaction. In summary, I would certainly purchase from Lawrence again, and would recommend Stateline to anyone looking for a Jeep. The prices were fair, even with the processing fee.
