I was ready to buy a new vehicle and was unsure of the process, seeing as this was my first purchase from a dealership. We got down to business right away, and they never tried to sway me towards a more e process, seeing as this was my first purchase from a dealership. We got down to business right away, and they never tried to sway me towards a more expensive vehicle, which I appreciated. I was looking for a black Avenger with a sunroof. They worked with me to accommodate my needs, by adding a sunroof to the package on their on-lot inventory, which did not include a black Avenger. The process from beginning to end took approx. 2 hours and in that time I met and dealt with 4-5 employees, all of which were interested in helping me find a reasonable price and finding the car closest to my needs. Joe, my salesman, was as enthusiastic as I was about the car, its amenities and making me feel happy and welcome in his presence. I'm taking my car back to get a FREE car detail tomorrow and installing the sunroof at my earliest convenience. I couldn't be more excited and I feel confident that if I ever need any help in the future I will be assisted with the highest quality of customer service. I took delivery of my Jeep today! I am very happy with Stateline, Steven has worked with me over the last week to make sure I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my purchase. The first day I was there test driving for the first time, I could not decide what features I wanted and flipped between 2 dr and 4 dr for 2 hours. Steven was very patient with me. After 24 hours I decided I wanted a 2 dr Jeep that was not on the lot and Phillip (Internet sales) was very helpful with locating exactly what I wanted. Kelvin (Internet sales) negotiated with me on the price via email. As I took delivery of the vehicle Steven walked me through all the features of my new Jeep and promised to show me how to work the dual roof this spring. Overall I am pleased with the experience at Stateline. More
I visited this Jeep dealership before the other area dealerships. I planned on visiting at least three but ended up doing a deal during my first visit to Stateline. Jamal was great. He wasn't the typical pushy salesman that everyone imagines. He was very professional, and appeared to work hard at getting us what we wanted (and we were asking for a lot). My only disappointment was the car was not detailed and ready for delivery as indicated it would be by internet sales person, depite placing a $1,000 deposit over phone with VISA card. We traveled close to 150 miles & 3 hours one way to purchase the car, and then spent close to 3 hours at dealership to complete the transaction. Detail job was average with windows having streaks. This was nothing our sixteen year old son could not handle, and even smiled while he was in the new Challenger. Dealer filled the new car up with gas, which was a pleasant surprise considering we had a 150 mile ride to get home. Overall, a very pleasant experience! Joy McCoy and Joe French were very professional and awesome to deal with. I would recommend them & Stateline to anyone considering a vehicle purchase. More
This experience buying a Jeep for my wife was a pleasant as any I have ever had. Cedric was a true professional and helpful in every way. I chose the rating I gave becuase it was the absolute truth about Stateline in Fort Mill. Where most dealership use force tatics, Stateline did not. They simply presented the numbers and left it up to my wife and I to make the decision. Felt very comfortable and valued as a person and customer. Very great overall experience and I will return in future to purchase other vehicles. More
