I gave the entire experience a 5 because from the customer service to the sales everything was top notch. I am a fairly saavy purchaser that researches the type of vehicle that I want to purchase and do not require a lot of sales pitching. Upon arriving at the dealership I was immediately greeted with friendly sales professionals eager to listen to what I was looking to find. I found Romas "Tre" Hales to be very professional in directing me to the vehicle within my interest criteria and then working with his team of pros to get me a great price and financed. I was out of the door in a couple of hours, which is record time in my experience. I would highly recommend working with the team at Stateline Dodge if you are in the market for a vehicle purchase. I have been quite pleased with Stateline Jeep as of late. Last year we had our 2007 Jeep Wrangler unlimited in for service and I was not pleased at all with the level of customer service that I received. I felt as if I was a stranger and not welcomed at all, this is an experience I was not accustomed to since having my first Jeep a 95 Grand Cherokee Limited. This year (2 weeks ago) we had issues with the unlimited (death wobble). I had reservations on taking it to Stateline for service, since I was out of town and it was convenient for my wife we took it there...and the service agent was very friendly to my wife. She explained the issue to my wife and made her feel welcome, so we gave your sales team a chance. Myles was great, fit our personality and all. It helps that we really were not shopping, we had a very specific model and type in mind (Compass). In the end everyone was very helpful and we will continue to do business with Stateline, if the level of CS remains at the level of our recent visit. In closing, the reason Stateline was a part of our new Jeep purchase was solely due to the level of customer service given by our "new" service department agent!! More
Matthew and Phillip conveyed the typical car salesman personality (very friendly, tell you anything to get your business but then disappear when you start getting serious). Corey stepped in and did his best to get us the deal that would make us sign on the dashed line. He was very easy going and posed no intiimation or pressure. Some of the sales managers need polishing however. Don't have specific names, but I was not impressed with a female associate. She was contradictory at times and tried to twist numbers to make the sale in the dealerships' favor. Overall, I would buy another car from Corey, but the management staff needs improvement! More
I ACTUALLY PURCHASED A 2009 DODGE 1500 RAM TRUCK FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ON THIS PAST NEW YEAR'S EVE AND TOTALLY LOVED IT! I WAS RECENTLY INVITED BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO CONSIDER PURCHASING A NEWER MODEL. THIS DEALERSHIP ON THIS PAST NEW YEAR'S EVE AND TOTALLY LOVED IT! I WAS RECENTLY INVITED BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO CONSIDER PURCHASING A NEWER MODEL. ONCE THERE I WAS BRUTALLY HONEST WITH THE SALES STAFF AND THEY WERE EXTREAMLY UPFRONT AND HONEST WITH ME. I EXPLAINED TO THEM THE FACT THAT I DROVE OVER 60 MILE TO PURCHASE MY 2009 TRUCK FROM THEM EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A DODGE DEALERSHIP JUST 1 MILE FROM MY HOUSE AND THAT I CONTINUED TO DRIVE THE 60+ MILES FOR OIL CHANGES AND MAINTENANCE. WITH THAT BEING SAID, WILL SMITH AND MARK PENDER FOUND THE TRUCK THAT I HAD REQUESTED. I AM VERY MUCH AWARE OF THE GREAT WORK THAT MARK PENDER DID AND JAMAAL (I HOPE I GOT HIS NAME CORRECT) FROM THE SALE MANAGEMENT TEAM. TO SUM ALL OF THIS UP I AM TOTALLY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AND I HAVE PROMISED MARK PENDER THAT I WILL BE PRAISING HIM AND THE DEALERSHIP TO ALL THAT WILL LISTEN. I was ready to buy a new vehicle and was unsure of the process, seeing as this was my first purchase from a dealership. We got down to business right away, and they never tried to sway me towards a more e process, seeing as this was my first purchase from a dealership. We got down to business right away, and they never tried to sway me towards a more expensive vehicle, which I appreciated. I was looking for a black Avenger with a sunroof. They worked with me to accommodate my needs, by adding a sunroof to the package on their on-lot inventory, which did not include a black Avenger. The process from beginning to end took approx. 2 hours and in that time I met and dealt with 4-5 employees, all of which were interested in helping me find a reasonable price and finding the car closest to my needs. Joe, my salesman, was as enthusiastic as I was about the car, its amenities and making me feel happy and welcome in his presence. I'm taking my car back to get a FREE car detail tomorrow and installing the sunroof at my earliest convenience. I couldn't be more excited and I feel confident that if I ever need any help in the future I will be assisted with the highest quality of customer service.
