I visited several Jeep dealerships in both North and South Carolina. Stateline was the only one that asked me what vehicle and options I was looking and for the opportunity to find what I wanted from an South Carolina. Stateline was the only one that asked me what vehicle and options I was looking and for the opportunity to find what I wanted from another dealer and have it shipped to this dealership. We didn't discuss price very much, Sales Manager quoted me a price that was very much in the range of other dealership quotes and what I was willing to pay. Staff were friendly, courteous, and kept me well informed during the entire process (which took 5 days to complete from my initial visit to sales closeout).. More
We are loyal customers of Stateline. Our 2013 Journey is the 4th car we've gotten from Stateline. Barry Goldman was able to put the car that met our needs in our hands for the right price. It was a continuation of good needs analysis in our relationships. We would recommend both Stateline and Barry to others. They listen and deliver! More
I recently visited Stateline to look at a new Town and Country minivan as my current lease was due to end soon. I was assigned Mark Pender as my salesman and I found him to be exceptional. He was personab Country minivan as my current lease was due to end soon. I was assigned Mark Pender as my salesman and I found him to be exceptional. He was personable, knowledgeable and most importantly very patient as I made my choices about things like interior and exterior colors and was able to meet my monthly payment parameters very efficiently. I was able to complete my financial paperwork with the help of Britton Hampton and was able to leave the dealership that very day with my new van. All in all, it was a great experience. More
We arrived at Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge and were promptly greeted by Joe French. After understanding our new car needs, rather exploratory at this point, he showed us his inventory on Town & Countr promptly greeted by Joe French. After understanding our new car needs, rather exploratory at this point, he showed us his inventory on Town & Country vans. We test drove one and drove it home at Joe's suggestion to try out our kid's car seats in. That was great advice as we were thinking the seats would not fit 3 in a row. We returned that evening and looked at more inventory, both 2012 and 2013 models. Joe was very curious and always pointing out the key features. Joe was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Joe and SCJD. More
My experience with will Smith was very enjoyable and resulted in the purchase of a vehicle. That process did not take very long. However we waited almost an hour and a half til;l someone came to finish th resulted in the purchase of a vehicle. That process did not take very long. However we waited almost an hour and a half til;l someone came to finish the financing,we were thinking next time we will pack a lunch.really 2pm till almost 7pm is an awful long time buy one of your cars. The wait would not have been so bad if we had been kept up to date with what was going on instead of having to find something to do.We left with a loaner around 7pm and had to come back for something we forgot and a couple that were already there when we got there were still waiting.I would certainly recommend your dealership, but My warning would be to ask for Will Smith and be prepared to wait at least two hours till the rest of the system catches up with him. Andrea was very knowledgeable about Ram Trucks. I was going to be going from a sports car to a full size truck and was unsure if it was the correct move. She helped me understand the differnt options of going to be going from a sports car to a full size truck and was unsure if it was the correct move. She helped me understand the differnt options of the Ram trucks to make sure I was going to buy a truck that was going to fit my specficic needs such as pulling a boat. The finace manager was very helpfull in creating a payment that I could afford. Everyone from the receptionist to the Service department were very friendly. Always greating you with a smile, making you feel like part of a big family. I would certainly recomend this dealership. They have a huge selection of vehicles. More

I took it back and they told me they couldn't reproduce the problem so they wouldn't even try to fix it. I had to call Chrysler corprate and tell them about this unsafe car Stateline wanted me to drive my two kids around in. Only then did they start to try to replace things to fix the problem. After that I promised myself I would never go back to them. Only problem is I got into and accident, spun the car around and damaged the front bumper and rear differenial. When it comes to Jeep axles, you want a Jeep dealership to do the work. It takes special tools to take apart the berrings. I have statefarm and the closest statefarm-apporoved jeep dealer is Stateline! So I had them fix my Jeep, drove one mile off the lot and my rearend sounded like a dryer with bolts in it. After three weeks in a rental they rebuilt my whole rear axle. That was in Feb 2012. Jan 2013 I start to hear a knocking sound from the rear axle! I call Tracey in the service dept she tells me no problem those parts are under warranty for 12 months. So I bring the car in and she says oh but its 12 months or 12,000 miles and you're over by 200 miles! DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR OR BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! After my Statefarm told me to go pick the car up and take it somewhere else, Tracey called me back saying that she would cover the parts but not the labor($500). I took my Jeep over to another Jeep dealership where they found that the axle had be rebuilt improperly. He said they rushed it,cut corners and were sloppy. I can't say anything wrong about their body shop. They did a great job, but don't for one second think those people are on your side. At the beginnig when the Jeep was revving itself up, I tried to give it back and say no deal, and the best they could do was put me in another one of their cars! There is no such thing once you sign those papers. More
The folks at the dealership were fine to work with for the most part. There was a little conflict with sales manager Terrell, however, I was probably as much to blame for that as he. My biggest issue wi the most part. There was a little conflict with sales manager Terrell, however, I was probably as much to blame for that as he. My biggest issue with the whole process is the vagueness of the internet advertising. The price was discounted, but no direct link to disclosures that show what discount included. I found it after the purchase when looking again. Also, it was not apparent that you could buy for the discounted price, and get the special financing at 0% for 60 months. This was the main point of contention with the sales manager. Also, the website advertised other rates as low as 1.9%, and I should have qualified, but was told I got the best rate available at 3.9%. I will say that I enjoyed working with Myles, and Britton was as fine a young man as I have met. The dealership has a great selection, just wish that the internet information was more upfront. More
