Had a very good experience in this purchase especially in that they arranged to meet me at the airport during a layover after their regular store hours. Will Smith brought the vehicle to us shortly after we landed and gave us much needed information about the jeep which lead us to make the purchase. He was very considerate and nice even though it was well after their normal business hours. Terrell and Dean also compromised with us on the purchase price and were very straight forward about their position on the overall deal. They also provided an added level of service in delivering the vehicle over two hours away for no added expense. We will definately shop at this dealership again should the need arise. Both Perry and Chris worked with us to answer all of our questions about the Chrysler 300 we were considering purchasing. They were extremely courteous and helpful. When the Sales/Financial Manager was involved with the closing of the deal, we discussed what I thought the trade-in value should be for our vehicles and why, as well as, our consideration of talking with another dealership. Everyone came back with an out of the door offer that we felt we could not pass up. There was one area I think Stateline should improve, it was the explanation and description of the Care Packages and Extended Service Contracts. One Thursday, this was rushed and not explaned very well by the financial staff assigned to us at this end of the deal. We did not complete the cash sale until Friday, the following day and we ended up with a different financial staff member. As it turned out we did purchase a Care Package eventhough there was a misunderstanding as to what we were supposed to get for the cost quoted to us on Thursday. We were apprehensive to consider another package because of the previous misunderstanding. We have been extremely loyal Chrysler and Dodge customers since 1985 and since that time purchased or leased (18) vehicles. There is one factor with the purchase and leasing process that has not improved since 1985 at the dealerships. It always takes way too long to complete the paperwork. This process is at a minimum usually takes (3 to 4) hours, when we were involved as a CDI customer. That amount of time is a huge burden to the buyer. At Stateline we expended (5) hours on Thursday and another (1 1/2) hours on Friday before we drove away with our new car - way too long. Our process only involved a discussion and negotiation on a single inventory car. In general, this process needs to be streamlined by all of the dealerships for a better buying experience by the consumer. More
We went to test drive a Challenger we saw on the internet (at a different dealership 150 miles away) to make sure we liked the ride, but after showing us several different options and being specific about ea (at a different dealership 150 miles away) to make sure we liked the ride, but after showing us several different options and being specific about each option, we found a car we liked much better. We did not feel pressured to purchase and negotiating a price was painless. During the finance portion I would have liked to have more details/brochures explaining what each item covered and how to use it when needed. Do I contact the dealership or some one else? Everyone was very pleasant and friendly and they showed us around the dealership so we would know what to do when going for future service on the car. I have been a GM customer up until this purchase and I know that I made the right choice choosing a Dodge this time. Love the car!! Next day I noticed I was having trouble with the paint showing light scratches, but I am taking it back to them on Wednesday to see what they will do for me or if my warranty with take care of it. We will see...... More

Let me say that the overall experience was great, they are not the classic pushy sales people you might find in other dealership. I probably could have negotiated a better price for the vehicle, but overall, I was pleased with the outcome. Cedric was a pleasure to deal with....even helped my daughter unload her belongings from the t vehicle, but overall, I was pleased with the outcome.
