This was the second vehichle, my wife and I have purchased at this dealership in the last four years. There is a reason that we returned to Stateline and that reason is customer service. Our salesman, Steve Henson, was very knowledgebale about the cars we wanted to look at, and he and the rest of the staff stayed late to finalize our deal the same day. In todays economy, it's very hard to find that kind of committment to customer service. Also, as we did with our previous car, we bought the lifetime warrenty, because the service side has always been top notch on any maintanace we have had done. This is a great dealership, and we will never go anywhere else to buy a car. Steve will also get our recomendation by name, as the salesman to ask for, to friends who are looking to buy. More
I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Steven. I found him to be very upfront, honest, and helpful. It was great how easy he made the whole process for my wife and me. Our experience with Greg during the purchase of our new Dodge Caravan is how car sales should be. Greg took time to get to know us and what we were looking for and needed in our new car purchase. We appreciate the personal touch he put on the interaction, it really felt like he was trying to work with us to sell us our next car in 5 or 6 years while getting us acclimated with our new purchase. He was very thoughful in our conversations, flexible about working with us and time constraints and really went above and beyond our expectations in communicating with us during the process. Beacuse the experience we had with Greg, when it is time for our next purchase, he will be the first person we call. We've already reccomended him to others. My only wish is that the entire sales process could have flowed through Greg. We felt very comfortable working with Greg but that comfort was disrupted when passed along to a manager or finance team. Overall, we are excited about our purchase based on the price, the quality and the options of the Dodge Caravan when compared to other makes and models. More
Mark Pender went out of way to let me know what was going on with my vehicle delivery. I wish the same could be said about the others. I was told when initially signed papers would take couple days to get th on with my vehicle delivery. I wish the same could be said about the others. I was told when initially signed papers would take couple days to get the vehicle swapped from another dealership. I was led to believe it would be the following Monday. When Monday came it was going to be Tuesday. When Tuesday came and went at 8:15 pm I called Mark Pender on his cell. He was at home but he took time to call the new car manager who said he had sent me an email explaining the car was in transit and wouldn't be received till Wednesday. I stayed by the computer and phone all day and I never received an email. I checked spam folder also.It's amazing how quick your emails get answered before the sale verses after ! I was also told the vehicle would be cleaned after receiving at the dealership prior to delivery.When car was delivered my wife and I both commented that the floor mats were dirty and there was spots on the passenger front seat. It definetly wasn't cleaned up inside ! Third thing that really surprised and disappointed in was the miles the car had when delivered. There was over 580 miles on the vehicle when finally delivered to my house. I would have thought the vehicle would have been hauled on a rollback from the dealership vehicle was located at verses driving from one dealership to the other then backtracking another 120 miles to my home. This whole experience taught me a great lesson. Wait till you can buy a car local ! More
On April 9th, 2013 My husband Tim and I went into State Line of Fort Mill, SC looking to purchase a new van for our big, loving family! We were greeted in the parking lot and I let the gentleman know that I had spoke to a lady on the phone named Renee. Renee came out to greet us and brought us inside to meet out sales rep. We were introduced to Joe French. What a very nice gentleman! He was kind, welcoming and respected what I was looking for in a van. I told him what I wanted and he showed me exaclty what I was looking for. He didn't make me feel like he was pushing me into a vehicle that I wouldn't want unlike some other sales people have in our past experiences. Joe walked us through every step of the process of buying a new vehicle. He was with us from start to end. In between steps we enjoyed talking with Joe and learning that we were all from the New England area. What a small world! Overall we enjoyed our experience and we loved Joe as our sales rep! We will be back for sure when we are ready to look for a truck for Tim until then we will send all of our family and friends looking for a new or used vehicle to Joe. We rated Joe with all fives based on his personality, his direct attention to our needs, and for getting us the best possible price that fit our budget. Stateline was incredibly patient while working with me. I had some personal issues with my vehicle that I was trading and they never stopped putting forth great service. Stateline had the biggest selection I could find in the Charlotte area. Also there prices were the best I could find after shopping around online.
