One of the absolute works car buying experiences I have had to date throughout my entire life. I would never buy a car from this dealership and the folks the wrote positive reviews must have been paid to had to date throughout my entire life. I would never buy a car from this dealership and the folks the wrote positive reviews must have been paid to do so. I went in to look at and test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The car I was given had film/glue on the inside of the window from shipment. I did not even take the car on the highway because it was nightime and with approaching car lights the film made it increadibly hard to see. The sales person, Dennis Phillips was absolutely clueless about the details of the car and even more so when it came to dealer inventory and packages. Furthermore, it is custom at this dealership to add the Mopar package. And I am not talking about the Chrome, etc. But what they are calling the Mopar package includes rubber mats, cargo rubber mat, and locking lug nuts...they wanted an additional $1K on the car because of this and an additional add-on. This is non-negotiable. I am sorry, but rubber mats and locking lug-nuts do not add 1K. These are supposed to be "Options"....not forced options. The manager that Dennis brought over was incredibly arrogant and not helpful. I will be buying a car before the Holidays and I can assure you it will not be from this dealership. The sales person kept saying....I hear what your saying; yeah, i don't think so!!! It is truly unbelievable how bad these folks I encountered tonight are at their jobs... More
We had a very positive experience purchasing a new vehicle from Stateline Dodge. Our sales rep. (Joe French) met and exceeded all expectations. Nice variety on the lot, with lots of color and engine options. The Dart is a very good car for the money and I was given a fair price for my trade in. This is the third car I have purchased from Joe. He is extremely friendly, not pushy in any way, and works hard at getting me what I want at a fair price. I have been shopping for a new truck for 4 weeks. I purchase approximately 2 trucks per year for the company I work for. I searched several dealers close to my area with no luck on finding the vehicle purchase approximately 2 trucks per year for the company I work for. I searched several dealers close to my area with no luck on finding the vehicle I needed or the price I needed. I ran across Stateline on the internet. They had the vehicle that met my needs. They were quick to respond, and they were very helpful. Due to my schedule it too about a week to purchase this vehicle. Through the process Stateline was always professional and courteous. Once the deal was complete they delivered the vehicle which is approximately 110 miles away as promised. I will plan to use Stateline on future purchases. More
I was very pleased working with Sandra. Her knowlege of the car surprised me. She took the time to show me all the service areas and introduced me to the people working in these areas and at no time rushed the car surprised me. The test drive was great and we looked good driving down the road in the Challenger. During price negotiation at no time was I pressured. I ended up with a great price as well as a great car.
