I went to Stateline Jeep after a frustrating visit to another Jeep dealer in the Charlotte area. Mr. Henson greeted me in the parking lot and was extremely professional. He answered any question I asked and was NOT pushy at all. Originally Stateline did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for, but he did attempt to find one (he actually found two) for me. He was able to agree on a price with me without having to run back and forth and bring multiple people into the mix. I returned the next day to discuss a purchase and he informed me they would not be able to get me that vehicle. They had a very similar vehicle that had just come in and they could fit it with the two options I wanted. We were able to agree on a price with the sales manager and completed the transaction. Throughout the entire dealing with Mr. Henson, I felt comfortable and never felt like I was being pushed. The experience was much better then what I had experienced elsewhere and if I definitely come back to him and Stateline Jeep if I was looking for another Jeep or Chrysler vehicle. Stateline Dodge/Jeep was the last dealership I visited while looking for my new Jeep, but I wish it had been the first. The staff was very friendly and Julio Olivera was very helpful. I visited Stateline Chrysler Jeep & Dodge to look at a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I was unsure what trim level I wanted, but I knew that I wanted a Jeep. I met with Keith Straub, one of the salesmen at a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I was unsure what trim level I wanted, but I knew that I wanted a Jeep. I met with Keith Straub, one of the salesmen at the dealership. He explained the differences between the trim levels and packages. The conversation was easy going and I did not feel pressured at all. I test drove a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport, but I was in love with the Wrangler Unlimited Sahara! I discussed pricing, and in less than 1 hour I had settled on a very fair price, and completed my paperwork for the purchase. I have visited other dealerships in the past and felt uncomfortable, however Stateline was different! I was respected, and taken care of. The buying process was so easy! More
My salesmen Daniel and Julio were great. They were friendly, knowlegeable of the truck that I was interested in purchasing and they were very respectful of my time. Likewise, their financial department made it easy to close the deal and complete the paperwork. Finally, I have had good experiences with their service department in the past so that I feel that I have a dealership that I can trust. More
I had approach Stateline several months ago and after meeting and talking to Allison, I knew that I wanted to give them my business. She and the Used Car Sales Manager (can't recall his name..) was very meeting and talking to Allison, I knew that I wanted to give them my business. She and the Used Car Sales Manager (can't recall his name..) was very friendly and helpful. They did not pressure me and help me to figure out my needs for a car versus what i want to spend. After couple of test drive and looking around, I had settled on a vehicle. We sat down did the paperwork and got the insurance process start. The whole process was not as stressful as it normally is at a high pressure sales showroom. Allison was very personal and friendly and assisted me in everyway possible. State Line Dodge is a great dealership that believes in providing a great care. I will and plan on going back at a later time to trade in my vehicle for a newer model. I believe that they will treat me with the same courtesy and great assistance again time after time. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle without all the sales hype and high pressure tactics. More

I felt the finance manager who had us sign all the paper work was your typical sales guy pushing the extended warrent saying the current 3 yr 36000 manafacurty warrenty covers not much and this warrenty he is selling covers everything... Of course he gave us page one only and did not include the rest of the pages were it states what the purchased warrenty covers.(basic easy care). We also noticed that our payments went out 75 months and should have been 72 for the six yrs we requested. Thats the bad part of the experience. You get the total feeling of dishonest bad business practice. More
We currently have three Chrysler vehicles. Two are from Stateline. Our visit to Stateline, in 2011 was excellent. Julio was a great easy going but professional salesman. We bought the extended warranty pkg. never did receive detailed copy. Through the years we have received great and friendly service in all the departments. As great as my experiences have been, I have been able to see the service improvement gradually getting even better. (I'm the one who takes the vehicles in for service). This time, our experience with the salesmen and finance personnel were fantastic. MY Salesman was Ramos (Trey) Hales. This handsome young man was well dressed, professional, and confident in manner. He is soft spoken, polite, and attentive to my wants. A son any mother would be proud of; raised right! Yes, I'm a sappy 59 year old woman...but not naive. I wanted to adopt him. I will clarify, my husband came with me when we got down to business and he was also very satisfied. The finance officer, Justin, was excellent. We bought the extended warranty, as before, and Justin was quick to take care of our concerns on ALL the paperwork. We are thinking about looking for a small jeep to tow behind our RV and will certainly return to Stateline. To Trey and Justin, thank you very much. More
