I had the exact Jeep I wanted within 24 hours of my internet inquiry to picking up at dealership. Would have been sooner had I remembered my wallet. Phillip Lemp on the internet side was very responsive. Once I stepped into the dealership Ron Bonatz was fantastic. Didn't pressure me, made sure to find a car that matched my specs, and was very easy to work with. Even though I had had a wrangler he took the time to go over the features highlighting what was new etc and went as far as even pairing my phone to save me the step. Joe Watts was very consultative during financing discussions and even offered to give advice to our teenage daughters on how to build a good credit score. Very pleased with the professionalism and would recommend Ron and team to anyone interested in buying a car. More

We learned they had recently been sold and continued to look around the lot at other vehicles. The salesman we had helping us Robert Thompson was new and was very helpful however when we finally were interested in 1 particular vehicle he could not get the computer working. It took several salesman and finally Britton to step in and take over. Frankly had Britton not stepped in we would have left and gone elsewhere. We settled on the 2013 Dodge Dart with a price we liked and a payment we could afford. Although we were not wanting to buy that night it was the experience we had with Britton that closed that deal. We were there for over 6 hours and were very tired and hungry as we had skipped right through dinner but was happy in the end. The car is beautiful! Britton got us the price we wanted and the payment we needed and the car I wanted (it was was my car) and for that we are happy with this dealership. More

My sales representative (Latoria) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was considering she took the time to ensure that I was informed about not only the vehicles but the warranties and what options were available to me. Latoria also showed me a great deal of consideration and patience while I made my decision. She even gave me the chance to compare the two "finalists" until I was certain which one was the right one for me. I felt in control of the experience and never once felt pressured. Throughout the entire process, every person I dealt with was accomodating and showed a geniune desire to meet my needs. Without a doubt, I would recommend Stateline and I intend to buy my future vehicles from Latoria. My experience there has made me a customer for life!! More

POOREST Service Experiences ever WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from both the dealership service dept. AND the Corporate Dodge office! Stateline Chrysler's Service department makes seve WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from both the dealership service dept. AND the Corporate Dodge office! Stateline Chrysler's Service department makes severe errors regarding repairs, lies and misleads clients. Customer service does nothing about it. Originally I came here because another Dodge dealership’s service was horrible, now I realize it’s just a common Dodge trait. Except Stateline almost cost my family their safety when I brought my 2011 Dodge Citadel in for an oil change and I asked them to check a knocking noise I heard that concerned me. The service guy said the knocking that I ‘supposedly’ heard was just a loose bumper and they tightened the screws. I started the truck said I still heard it and again was told that it was “nothing – don’t worry about it.” Drove my family 1700 miles roundtrip, all the way from NC up to CT in bad weather and had just got back (luckily) when the water pump and power system finally went right outside the state line shutting down the vehicle completely on the highway. When I called Stateline, Service Manager Randy Kiser said: "Well, I don't have my brightest guys working the express lane, that's probably why they didn't catch it." There was no “sorry” or anything related to any type of concern. Then they actually had the truck for a month without even fixing it b/c the part was supposedly on back order. I finally called Dodge and they got the part there within 24 hours. Next issue: I call in the early AM last week for an oil change appt, telling them I need to come on my lunch from Charlotte with only about 30 mins to spare and I’m told by the person on the phone to “just come on in – won’t take more than 30 mins.” When I get there and it’s a 2 hour wait. Final straw: this week the camshaft sensor went. Vehicle was shaking, sputtering and kept losing power. Brought it to my local AAA mechanic who scanned the codes and recommended I call the dealership to see if it was covered by warranty. Called Stateline service dept. and Herman said “Yeah, we’ll take care of it – that should definitely be warranty.” I drove it to SC from NC for the warranty service. On a whim, I asked what it would cost if it was in fact NOT covered by warranty and was told $120 + tax. Now I’m told that not only is NOT warranty, but it will definitely cost me over $250 to fix it when all is said and done. Thanks Stateline – buying foreign now! (Not to mention that I Dodge Corp won’t do anything about it except note my complaint and I cannot get the GM to call me back.) More
