Two people though that I want to recognize is Phillip Lemp and Julio Olivera. Phillip Lemp made this whole process happen. He was very nice on the phone and made the process of buying a car very easy. He was very flexible and works with you every step of the process. The next person I want to recognize is Julio Olivera. Not only is Julio a genuinely nice person, but you can tell he cares about his job and even more so his customer. He treated me with the utmost respect, didn't pressure me into buying anything, and even let me test drive the car on both highway and back roads before buying it. I have never experienced anything like that while buying a car. If he is in line for a promotion, I recommend that he gets one as soon as possible. Thank you to all at Stateline Dodge. More

Friendly Service Doug was extremely friendly and helpful. The dealership service was overall excellent. I think with the detailing department being backed up my car detailing may have been rushed as it was not perfectly clean. I have a great experience overall. More

Perfect I recently bought a Vehicle from Stateline and I love it!! Going in Ms. Tillman greeted me in a friendly manner making me feel very welcome. She made the shopping experience fun compared to other salesmen I've dealt with in the past. She didn't hassle me like most sales people on car lots, and was straight forward and honest. I wasn't planning to buy that day and actually just went in for a test drive. We found a car and she got me the payments to fit in my monthly budget. It took a while to sit with the business finance manager because of how busy they were but at the end of the day it was totally my decision to leave with my new car and I left feeling like I made a great choice for me and my family. My husband and I are happy we decided to visit stateline and had Aisiah helping us. I plan to go back when I buy my teenage sons car and send a few friends to see her soon. More

Loving the new Jeep! I came in June 19th to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4 door. I had searched earlier in the day online and found the model and color that I w I came in June 19th to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4 door. I had searched earlier in the day online and found the model and color that I was looking for. It had most of the options I was looking for as well. I emailed the dealership before they had opened and received a phone call as soon as they opened. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Phillip who graciously intoduced me to Daniel. The keys to the vehicle were waiting for me and Daniel immediately brought the vehicle to the front door to test drive the Jeep. I had a great experience with the entire group I worked with in hammering out a good deal on the purchase and on the trade in that I brought in. Daniel was couteous and his customer service skills were top notch. I had my daughter with me and he made her feel welcome and part of the process. His suggestion for a snow cone stand on a mid 90 degree day made her day as we celebrated the new ride with snow cones! I will be back to get my next Jeep from Daniel in the fall, a Rubicon 4 door. Great Dealership just time consuming process My wife and I were turned on to Stateline by a neighbor who brought us in this past weekend. Our salesman (Keith Straub) was newer at the business wh My wife and I were turned on to Stateline by a neighbor who brought us in this past weekend. Our salesman (Keith Straub) was newer at the business which I really appreciated, because he took his time explaining the ins and outs of the different vehicles we looked at. Once we pinpointed what we wanted he was quick to get the New Car Manager(Terrell) involved which I like. I really don't appreciate a car salesman going behind the magic curtain every time we talk dollars and cents. He went back once and brought his manager back to his desk to close the deal. That was a great experience. My issue with this dealership is definitely not the people who were involved in the selling process it was the overall process in general. It took to long to get our new vehicle over the curb or burning gas. Keep the people and find a way to shorten this process and car buying at Stateline would be an absolute treat. I am a people person and their people are truly top notch. I will highly recommend them to my friends looking to purchase a Chrysler product. More
